My very first video I ever found of you was a dragon fly made with gauze and using nail polish. It was many years ago. I didn’t know anything at all about journaling or art world but was a seamstress. I collected so much stuff from watching your videos that my husband made me a little studio in back of my house. I’m always so grateful for your art.
Missed the last two lives but am trying to catch up. Started to do this one along with you but only got as far as the background. I'm quite pleased with my version of the background but the dragonflies will have to wait. Most enjoyable, Noit! Haven't been feeling the best lately, but glad I could apply myself tonight. I'll just say again for the twentieth time how much I enjoy watching you work.
Beautiful page, as usual. Who knew gray could be so pretty. I really like that you don't throw away your excess painr. I watch an artist in the UK and he wipes up his excess paint and throws it away. How do you come up with your ideas for your pages? Do you start with the focal point and work back?
It can be anything, sometimes it's a color combination, a focal point or just a piece of scrap paper
