Bough this as my first ever keyboard and i've been loving it so far I'm using the akko rosewood with the akko black rose and my god, it sounds so damn good
I have 2 Lucky65 v2 boards, the same Voynich manuscript keycap, and omg when I put them side by side with the Mode Envoy, the Mode Envoys feels relatively less impressive to them, while being 2 - 3 times the price. It's crazy to see a very competitive 65-75% market in 2024. Well sooner or later there will be 3rd party custom alu plate, or even CF plate for the lucky v2 since they are so popular recently.
Ooooh yes, love the new back weight of the v2, looks like the qk80’s weight:) I might buy this just because of the aesthetic alone, how's the keyboard built? Did you occur any issues while building it? and compared to the v1, what are the differences and which would you personally choose?
yess it looks so nice and it's super easy to build, i had no problems at all compared to the v1, assembly is definitely easier and i feel like they improved their anodization. i think the pcb and plate is the same for both versions so honestly id just go with v2, esp since they didnt even increase the price for it
@@_imwinter_ for a foamless 65, I'd recommend neo65 or KV1-65 (this new 65% keyboard should be introduced to the international market soon so stay tuned!)
v1 is trash. V2 is better since it has VIA support. also there's literally no sound difference since they both use the same case and pcb design. Only difference is V2 comes with an FR4 plate instead of a polycarbonate plate
@damn134 as someone recently bought the optional PC plate for the v2, I can confirm that the stock fr4 plate does make the keeb sound a whole lot more clackier than the v1 with a PC plate

is there a soundtest with that configuration?

@ ooooh, that sounds 🔥, after the pre-order stage is over and it goes in stock, i will find every possible way to buy it:))
Sounds great with MZ Z1, would have loved a foamless sound test. Great video
thanks :)
and i dont think it wouldve performed that well with foam since the board was designed for foam build
@@keebjai based on the only foamless sound test on youtube, you're right. It would still be good to see it, but I appreciate your video nonetheless

what's the sound on FR4 plate?

Just go with the second one. It is not more expensive
I have a feeling v2 would sound clackier than v1 due the the fr4 plate but no one has talked about it so idk

Support SNAPTAP , SOCD ?🙏🏻
No, it's Mechanical Hot Swap, not Hall Effect (magnetic). Try looking at Monsgeek M1W v3 HE.
