Immediately you track the elements from the outside in. They have ample space for a small foyer. Thanks for doing a great job pointing out its features unfortunately no designated entry.
I really like this home. Very spacious and layed out very well. The pillars dividing the dining room space looks so elegant. I like the location of the laundry room and the nice large pantry. The master looks bigger than the actual measurements! Beautiful master bath and closet. Great job showing it off, as always!
This one is very nice. I like it a whole lot. A couple of tweaks would make this perfect for me. I would like to have a foyer so the front door didn't open into the heart of the living room, and stick a little coat closet there. There's plenty of space to do it. Add a window to the hall bath, and have the island one level but keep it the same size.
Nice big house with a great floor plan. I would’ve just widened up that front porch up a bit more by maybe like 2ft. And maybe narrow down the size of those super thick pillars in the living room area.
Lovely home. Really love the bumped out kitchen. But it's screaming for cathedral ceilings and the living room feels a little dark. And the guest bath lacks a window. My biggest concern though is with the master suite. It faces the street, a lot of closet is lost to useless windows, and the barn doors don't work on the bathroom. I assume the door could be changed out for a conventional one, but the master suite and dark living room with low ceiling would be a nonstarter for me.
This is a nice home I also love that it has an option for having a basement on the floor plan, which would work wonderful for my sons one has eight children and the other has five children. They would need extra bedrooms. Thank you
The dining room area can be used for an office area. The kitchen has a lot of storage going on which is nice. The master bedroom closet instead of the small shelves odd corner. Better usage to have drawers on the bottom then the shelves on top.
I really like everything about this home except I have no need or desire to have a formal dining room. Your idea to use that area for an office would be perfect for me! I’m going to add this floorplan to my list of favorites to consider when I purchase a home next year.
I would change the stand to a fireplace below my tv that will hang on the wall. The kitchen I’d like to have a gas stove. In the bathrooms I’d like tile to go all the way up to ceiling at the showers. Love the master bathroom but all in all I really like this home.
Lovely home. I’d make a designated entry foyer with a coat closet, desperately needed in this home. Move the master suit entry doorway down near the pantry/kitchen, build a half wall in the “dinning room” at the pantry/kitchen area, then build a wall at the left of the bedroom door to make the “dinning” area into a library, office, study room. Lose the double barn doors in the master suit to the bathroom. Making a statement to, well, you know, relieve oneself or bathe… nah. Those barn doors could be placed at the now new library/office/study room entrance in the foyer area. Add a half bath across from the library, and it would be spectacular in my opinion. Though, I dislike bedrooms at the front of the home, this is still a nice home. Love the kitchen and the family dining area could become the overall dining area. Put in some French doors with screen doors so the doors could remain open in nice weather. Screen in that porch and then there is the option to eat outdoors as well. Beautiful! Very flexible floor plan, which is a plus. Thanks for showing this one, Timothy. And, yes, feta cheese is so yummy! Love it on toasted buttered bagels with Greek olives. Your wife is a sweetie to fix up such nice snack boards for you!

I love love love this one. Absolutely stunning, def a dream home. I'd love to get a modular home but where we live at is the only land we hand and we currently live in a mobile home and would have no where to live while this is being set up. :-( ugh! lol
What’s the average cost to buy a three bedroom kitchen living room dining room laundry room wraparound porch complete installation water hook up an electrical hook up and delivery in the area of between Boonville & Turkey like a straight line down to Brea Branch ? Still looking for property in the area of 20 + acres to maybe 50 acres give or take moving date about 10 - 14 months !
Tim, 1st off let me say..your videos are really outstanding. Some house I don't like but it's life. You do an awesome job. I only have one request or rather a question. Why every video has a YELLOW arrow pointing to something? It's a house, we get it. I'm still gonna watch it, even if I don't like the lay out. It's a bit gimmicky.
@@morristynemcgaughey8302 tell me about it or I should say I can, just replaced my 5 1/2 yr old Water heater that had 3 separate issues, first the pressure tank blew and bled the hot water all inside the niche and onto my closet and bedroom brand new padding and carpet and of course on the subfloor. That was not even at a year old then at 13 months old the igniter plate went out so again had to unload the closet and rearrange bedroom and couldn't sleep on my bed for 3 week's since all my clothes were laying on the bed, the part had to be ordered. This last time was the end of march and the water heater itself sprung a massive leak and was hissing again had to unload the closet and store clothes on the bed other items blocking floor and the cheap wall panels are disintegrating from both the constant off and on combined with the water the inside was totally soaked and the Water heater standing in 2" of water the bedroom was very warm and humid like if I were in thd South at summer time, took the plumber over 24 hrs to get to it and over 6 hours to complete the change out wall to closet door got damaged because such a small space he's trying to stand stopped over under the clothes hanging rack to pull in the big water heater and then get into the niche in proper position. My closet carpet area by the panel for the water heater is got a find spray paint mist residue left on it from the paint on The inside closet walls get spritzed so much from the pressurized hot water. Needles to say when they needed to thoroughly drain the water heater before removing they had to run a big dirty hose on my carpet that I literally just cleaned and into my bathroom and empty into My shower. Then when taking the Water heater out it had to be taken through My whole home and left white spots on My newer vinyl plank floors. If they are in a laundry room no carpet and no dragging old or new water heaters through your home and all the other equipment and drainage of the tank would go right out the laundry door. And so would the old and new. I again couldn't sleep in my bedroom for a full week +2 day's because of this because after the fix the walls were so wet that I was instructed to have a fan blowing into the niche to help it dry out before the panel got put on and that all panel is up by a precarious couple of screw's that don't have much left to grab into and my water shut off is underneath My home and not easy to see or get to. These designs need to stop that put the water heater in the walls of closets and even in laundry rooms they need a proper closet space all Their own behind a easily accessible door.
It is actually a nice home but goodness it is dark.... where are the windows, I would need more windows. The family bathroom has no window at all and nor does the toilet room in the master bathroom. I would not be able to go in there and close a door without feeling totally claustrophobic. And the laundry also has no window at all, granted it is placed in such a way it is currently impossible to add a window but surely they can make a plan?
Modular is built to stick built standards. You can have a basement if desired. Mobile Homes have different standards and cannot have basement. Modular is more expensive but holds it value.

The master bath water closet could use a tube sky light and a small cabinet
Immediately you track the elements from the outside in.

Floorplan at 2:27.
I would deepen the porch upon placement on my property.

hi Timothy..what's the cost of this Modular Home? nice

Very nice! Great floor plan. I like the large pantry.
Thanks for showing these beautiful homes but nice if it comes with the price for each home. At least give us an idea.
That area that is probably meant to be a formal dining room could also be an office.

Wow Amazing Video I Love It Looks Beautiful House Design
Love the colors chosen in the kitchen!!
whats the difference between modular and manufacturer homes?
Yeah how much are those homes how much do they cost

Nice size laundry room no excuse for not having the water heater in there.
Water heaters in a bedroom closet not a good idea.

Shouldn’t be to expensive to reroute that tho
Do they have these kinds of modular homes available in Covington Louisiana?
Where do you put coats ? Did I miss something ? Loved the pantry
I put almost the same thing - No foyer. 🤣
It seems these newer homes don’t know what a coat closet is.
Could remedy that by stealing from the porch and making a proper foyer with entry closet there. Would put the foyer to the left side...
Very beautiful
You ever tour any in Mississippi?
What does it cost?
Hello beautiful home lovers 🤩

How much and do they deliver to Brandywine Md 20613
What’s the difference between modular and mobile home
Modular is built to stick built standards. You can have a basement if desired. Mobile Homes have different standards and cannot have basement. Modular is more expensive but holds it value.
No white cabinets
Do you have a modular home with a garage
I really like this home, but, I wouldn't even consider to buy one without a place for a freezer. Too bad, nice home
The pillars are strange. The middle of the house is too open, not a cozy feeling.
Any help Welcoming !
No wood burning fireplace, wasted space in master closet...other than that, it's nice.
Bad idea for a fire pit near a vinyl siding... many with no commen sence wants a bon fire. That melts it all away...lmao
Not a fan of this house. Didn't like the large columns. Made it seem smaller. Didn't like the bowling alley master. 😕
Nice…
Tooooooooooo much white for me i'd be walking around with a rag all the time love the outside though.
Why waste nice windows in a closet. I love a cross breeze don't need windows in a closet
No pricing no subscribe and I'm sure there's a ton more
lots of wasted space. what would you do with the space before the master. they should have put in a tub in master. over all ok
Agreed I was hoping for a nice tub in there also
