Hey everyone! Do You just like to see the insides of homes? Check out 👉🏻 Timothy’s Home Interiors Only ruclips.net/channel/UCQwT1f0Z9KZFZ_dRGmO-p7A and get straight to business
I wish more homes, modular or not, were made accessible. The baby boomers are aging and they are a big generation of people living into their 80s and 90s. Medicine has made it possible to live through accidents and chronic illnesses that people didn't before also. All housing should be accessible or be easily converted to be accessible. It just makes sense. Even if you aren't in a wheelchair, what if you had a friend that was? They could never visit your home or anyone else's.
@@rebeccazephyrin8114 it would probably be easier to ship because it's modular. They could ship all the pieces and build it on the site it was meant to stay.
Thank you Timothy. Such a beautiful home. A cut above the rest. Usually the overhangs and windows are a giveaway. Not in this home. I defy anyone to distinguish it from stick built. Lovely!
I love this home! It looks well made and shows quality in the details. The trim work around the doors and windows reminds me of the Craftsman homes of the past.
This was definitely one of the most enjoyable home tours I’ve seen in a while. I love the house might choose some different colors but overall I love it it would be perfect for me as a single male. Also do you have a lovely family your son he’s a sharp young man again I enjoyed the video.
Wow, what a beautiful home. I’m just now finding your videos, but what I’ve watched, I love that all the cabinets are always finished out. I see those deep cabinets and I always wonder why the manufacturers don’t finish them out with slides that make them more functional. Nothing like moving into your brand new home with a long honey-do list to make the cabinets work so you don’t lose stuff in those black holes or have to be on your hands and knees to dig out the pots and pans and small appliances. Some of us get down there and can’t get back up 🤣
Timoty I want to sy thank you for this content, very well explained. Besides this I'm really thankful for the all descriptions about the gear, tools, etc. It helps a lot.. Success!!!
Omg! Finally a home builder that can accommodate handicap accessibility. The Bomb! That exterior is gorgeous. Floors are beautiful. Love these finishes. Bless Cody on a quick healing. The price of having boys (I know) I can't believe this is only 1600 square feet finished. This house is tremendous. One of your best tours to date. Happy Memorial Day to you and your family.
This home is beautiful!!! I love the pocket door for the 1/2 bath, the tankless water heater has me overjoyed. The banquet seating with the storage is wonderful and those kitchen cabinets.......... they are the business. All the sinks with the Moen fixtures and that shower!!!!!! I already take 20 minute showers, I would neva eva eva come out. I love it!!! Thanks for sharing
Very nice place. The following are not criticizing, just how I'd option it. Call me crazy but I'm not a fireplace guy, I'd want some nice built ins there for a TV wall. Sound deaden the Master Bedroom wall common with the Living Room. For those missing a tub in the Master Bath, you can extend out that part of the house. The roof line goes out that way. I'd have a wall put where the existing shower and linen closet are and add that space to the Master Closet. The addition could have a shower and tub. Adding on there would make the Laundry Room longer. I'd want a folding counter and Coat Closet. I'd want a basement. Flip the stairs so the basement stairs would be off the back hallway. Makes more sense for serviceability...a serviceman could come in through the garage, laundry, into the hall and down into the basement. You'd not want them having to go through the main part of the house. With my old bones I'd look into a Residential Elevator. One more thing, make the garage wider for a workbench area and a place for my tool boxes and put in two doors, not one two car door. Maybe add a third door like a mini garage separate from the rest of the garage for your lawn equipment. Might be an insurance thing to look into and build a detached shed for that equipment...due to gas storage and such. Shoot, just buy electric lawncare equipment and go solar for charging. Yeah, I have a money tree...just dreamin'.
This is one of my favorites. With a just a few modifications and sitting on a full basement I wouldn't need the upstairs. I wonder if Barica Homes sells the floor plans?
You really covered a lot in this one. I think Cody did a fabulous job as your helper. I would hire him any day. What a handsome and well behaved young man
For a small house if you only need two bedrooms you could have a nice bedroom and media/game room. For a retirement home it is perfect for me. Also possible to put a room above garage. I like the sun room but as dining room and access to a nice porch.
Look at that gorgeous fireplace! I know of someone who would dance for that pantry. That is a nice professional looking kitchen with the pot filler. Now I like the flooring of the laundry room. It’s different!
I think I like this better!!! Fireplace I like better Needs electric stove no gas! Plus I like wood floors. Put a big kitchen table by back door. Take ramp out of garage. Finish up stairs rooms. I like crawl space!
Hello thimoty This is the home i want I love everything about this home I always watch your video's And Every time its a plesure to watch Them thank you for showing us this amazing home
This is gorgeous! It's more beautiful than most much larger homes. Even having no tub in the master suite is not much missed because of the beautiful quality. Thank you. Sorry for your poor boy's break.
Oh my goodness, this home is absolutely beautiful. I really like how comfortable and welcoming it is when walking into the main living room, the real wood burning fire place 💕👍 the kitchen 🙌 the upstairs 😲 amazingly structured for two additional bedrooms!! And I like the crawl space too.. looks well insulated and protected, nice. The garage is another option that makes this home a gem (I wouldn't need the ramp, but it's a nice option for all who need one.) Overall I love it 🤗❤👍
I would really to see channels like these let us know what comes standard and what doesn’t plus a base price without upgrades. That would be helpful. Thanks
use to work for a company that built and Installed Prebuilt/Modular Houses. Had a Whole Subdivision of them in one area here in Florida. Built on a "Drained out" Swamp Land. 10 out of the 40 houses Started to Sink and have their Sewage back up, even the one set 15ft Stilts. Also had a Dump Truck Sink as it was bringing in Back Fill. Then in a 20 minute Drive away had another Subdivision and were the first to Build/Assemble 4 Houses in it 4 yrs before Regular Contractors started Building Frame Houses on it. The People in the Framed houses were Pissed they spent 3-4 times as Much and got less, so they formed a HOA and tried to Kick out the Prebuilt Home Owners and have their houses tore down. Judge said the Prebuilts were there first, so they had a Right to be there. The HOA Tried 4 Times, with 4 Different Judges, All Judges said the Same thing.. But After I left the Company, Only worked there 4 months so did not actually Build them, just Maintenance, less than 6 months later they went out of Business. Too Many Complaints about the Quality or Lack Of Quality in the Homes. Mold, Cracks, Sinking, Bad Wiring causing Fires, Bad Plumbing, Little to No Insulation, Unsquare Walls and Windows and so much more...
The "Hay Shaker" is absolutely brillant! At last check, the going price of 100 board feef was down to $538 from an insane high of over $1600 last April-May. Pre pandemic rat was reported to be $425. Has this dramatic reduction in the price of lumber lowered the price of modular homes? If not, why? I appreciate the great RUclips tours. Shout out to you, Cody and your entire family.
Floorplan at 2:35. 1600 to 2100 sq ft. I'd make sure I could access the laundry from the master bath... You never really let Cody show the microwave...
I love this home there are very few things that I would like to change my first question is can you get this home in North Carolina and my second question would be who would you speak to to find out about no fireplace and adding a bathtub. This may not be a question for you specifically but who could I speak to about that. Let me just say I love your videos you give great detail and I enjoy them greatly thank you so much for what you do
Hi Tonia, unfortunately they only build in Delaware, Maryland and Northern Virginia from what I understand but in any case you would just contact their team and let them know you’d like to change the fireplace. And thank you very much for the support we really appreciate it! 😊
WOW. This builder does amazing work. I love 90% of this home. The only changes I would want to make are floor vents would be better in the ceiling and a bigger bench in the shower. I am really interested in seeing more homes from this builder. I bet some of the other homes are just as impressive. Sorry to see the kiddo broke his arm. He was fun to watch. Thanks for the video Tim. I love watching these tours. Have a great memorial day and see you on the next one!
It's kinda hard to have ceiling registers when the A/C unit is in the basement/ crawl space area. The unit would need to be located in the upstairs area to have ceiling grilles or run a main duct from the crawl space up through the house and then you have to give up some living space
@@shaunstrasser1 gets in the way of furniture. Also AC works way better in the ceiling since cold air sinks. I guess it all depends on where you live and what climate you live in.

I think this home shows very well
