    How important is C0-C2 spacing or above and below spacing on c1? In situations where the occiput is sitting on the atlas or very little space could that cause issues and what do you recommend or do for this?

    Thank you doctor Jon, I am dealing with a painful right arm but I was able to do these with relatively no pain. Yes, I'm guilty of bad posture at the computer all day... your videos have been a great help!👌

    If you have TMJ and looking up is a strain. Is there still a way to do the butterfly exercise?

    What does it mean if your joints always crack?

      Usually nothing if there is no pain - sometimes it can mean that either the joints are hypermobile or some of the joint around those that are moving too much are "stuck" or fixated. Sometimes this can happen in arthritic joints as well. Best to see your health care provider.
