What a fun way to play or get the wiggles out. I love the versatility in uses of your placemat. My grandfather had a table he kept covered for a similar purpose when I was young. It was always my place when I visited his studio. That mystical nasty junky table so full of love and memories is one of my most valued possessions! It holds my craft tools until my grandchildren are old enough to visit my studio.

Another brilliant idea. It is so amazing how you keep coming up with all these great things that don't cost me anything. Which is what I really appreciate. My biggest problem will be to clear off a place big enough to put the packing paper down. But I will do my best. I am always looking for a page idea where there isn't any Pockets or text or tags. To make a journal beautiful but not quite so bulky. I have a box where I place pages I have made ahead. I'm hoping when I go to make a journal I can choose things from there. I'm also making a new size of junk Journal that are 4x6 and I call them my La Petite journals. So I would need to make smaller spots on my packing paper. Looking forward to doing that. Hoping to see another video soon about how your room is coming together.

I love this. Where I work,, the warehouse delivery is in my office. They had a huge box come in packed with that exact packing paper. I took it all. I am excited to do this. I started a journal last night. I used a journal book I purchased at a store that has lined paper inside of it already. So far I'm just gluing in photos from a magazine. Later I'll make some like these. You are my favorite junk journal youtube channel. I have a few others I like, however, they only show what they've made and not how to make it. I also love it that you don't start your video by saying Hi guys. That really annoys me. You are fabulous!!!! Thank you.

Very disappointing... I was sure you were going to show us how to make transparent vellum out of Amazon packing paper. (LOL) 😁 Ha, ha... *Actually this is FUN.* I can see doing this with kids; as a way to warmup before diving into a bigger project; something to do when time is limited; a great way to use up scraps; a way to experiment with new products; and what I'm going to do is scan some of these for printables (imagine the collage sheets). Brilliant again Joie 👍🙂❤️
Phew, got here eventually 🙈. Oh this is a really cool idea 💡 great for quick scrap busting and always handy to have things ready to go. Sticking is so therapeutic! This is also good composition practice for those who aren't confident with it. I need to make my mica with gum arabic or it rubs off.
