Cooldown is over 2 times shorter on sylas W, its a dash and actually it synergizes with his passive making it deal actual damage, so if you are squishy you are literally dead. On contrary, the annoying part of GP W is pretty much only the fact that he usually will not burn to death after fight or he stops a cc, so if you are champ whose combo depends on single cc then yeah its frustrating. Both are annoying but for different reasons

Sylas is just modern day fizz where all his power is on one ability, his ult and a bit of utility. Sylas is better because his power budget is all in 1 ability, his utility is on a different ability for more flexibility and i don't think riot thinks about his ult when balancing him
I usually play ranked until I get gold 4 for the skin, but thanks to Tobias, I have found a purpose in life, I will be otp sylas and get to diamond or whatever his rank is and be in every single match he plays
I play Lissandra. With Everfrost and seeker's armguard, I'd be able to chip away 50 percent of an adc's HP after a full EQEWReverfrostQ combo. Kataina will do the same with two daggers, akali with 2 spells and yasuo with half an item. All you see in Mid today is Sylas Yasuo Yone Akali Katarina. Oh and sometimes a dude will take ahri or lux to try the new skin.
