okay I'm super excited to see the local painting and weaving!!! I also would like to see more about the special hair style you had with the braids and the big beads.
@angellina fosse Thank you for your support. And in fact, we are just preparing a video to talk about the traditional Tibetan clothings, and my dressing style, and I just saw your comment right after we made the filming plan! wow! There is actually some story about the hair style, we can't wait to share more. Thank you again for your comment, wish you all the best💖💖💖
Hii i just found your channel today and honestly i love the way you edit your videos and the quality of it is amazing, it’s really beautiful and relaxing to watch.I also love the contents of it. I would love to get to know you more (like an introduction video maybe?)and the hardships you’ve faced and or how you’ve come to this decision to live a simple life. I also would love to see you and your friends or family have a picnic next to the beautiful scenery with traditional Tibet food (with the preparation for it and introduce it to us!) Thankyou for letting us see into your beautiful slow paced life! 🌱🤍
This was so beautiful and so NEEDED in my life this week! Your videos are the equivalent to a warm bath, a hot cup of tea, a nap in the sun…just so peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. I would like to share with you a quote I love: 'When we arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.' And yes, I do want to know the recipe of your breakfast- I really want to travel to such a peaceful land someday. Sending you love
Wow, thank you so much for your beautiful beautiful comment! I will ask Drolma to write down the recipe later for you. And really hope one day you can travel to a place that makes you feel peaceful. Best wishes.
Amazing! I personally love the animals in your video - yak, hare, and a cute little dog... It just melts my heart. I'd love to know more about them. Are there any other special animals in the Himalaya? Do they live very close to the village? Thank you for sharing this beautiful lanscape and peaceful lifestyle with us❤
Thank you Lhamo for your sweet comment! There are actually a lot of special animals in the Himalayan region, yak is one of them. There are also snow leopard, Himalayan marmot, Himalayan pika (which is sooo cute), etc. There are also some mysterious animals that recorded in stories and legend. However, many locals claim they have seen them in some sacred places, magical uh? I hope this info helps, and wish you all the best.
I would love to see a video of where you get your clothes, and other necessities like hygiene products, or else what you use instead of those things, and also if there is a market/trading place. Also showing us more about your village!!
Thank you for your kind comment! In fact, I'm preparing a video to talk about my dressing style and the traditional philosophy of clothing here in our villages. wow, it must be some magic that you just raised a request about to see where we get the clothes. For the market, yes we have a small local market, and I will plan a video about this as well. Thank you again for your support! Wish you all the best.💖
Thank you for this video - Where you are is so beautiful and your voice is so gentle and peaceful. My most beloved dog passed away this week from cancer and my heart is so broken, but your video brought some peace and beauty into my space - thank you so much
Hi Michelle, I'm so sorry for your dog, I hope he/she is resting well as a spirit. I also have a beloved dog named Solstice, I understand your feeling now, and want to give you a hug. And I'm glad that our video bring you some strength. Sending blessings to you and your dog from the Himalaya.🙏🙏🙏

Thanks a Lot!!!

We are just in a time of changing season, so lots of fun things happen in the villages. I will share more in the future videos. Thank you and take goood care! Wish you all the best!
I've always wanted to visit Tibet because it is suppose to be the most purest place left on earth, minimal if no pesticides, clean waterways and good air, living in the heavens on earth.
So informative, interesting and inspiring. Thank you for sharing these kind of videos, it presented one of our Asian culture and heritage. Love this being an Asian myself.
I love to watch your video,it's an inspiration for all . In this modern world it's too difficult to lead a such a life , while watching your video I feel relaxed and peaceful.. expecting more videos in future , I would like to suggest you could you please add more videos which shows the culture, tradition, Belief ,food ,life of the Tibetan people and day in the life. I am eagerly awaiting for your future videos..Thank you so much
Hi, thanks for your comment! I would love to share more about the culture, tradition, Belief and food! In my next video, I will talk a bit about the Belief as well. Many thanks for your kind comment and your support! Sending love from the Himalaya.
Hi Hannah, thanks for your comment. Well here is my grandma's hometown, though she passed away when I was little. So I decided to come here as I still have a few relatives here. Hope you have a good day!
There are a lot of us who would like to do what you have done but lack the courage to do so. By watching your video and appreciating the beauty of the mountain ranges and the lifestyle is in itself an experience. Thank you keep posting and all the best
I adore your videos. It can make me cry how beautiful they are. I live in modern, urban society. Growing up I always appreciated nature and animals a bit more than my friends. I like to think I still do, but now I do not even have a yard to appreciate it, and traveling anywhere to nature is difficult because I don't drive. Sometimes seeing videos like these makes me feel bad about the consumer and technology reliant life I live. But, I try to remind myself it's not that easy to change my lifestyle. I just know I am more aware of the world around me, and can really appreciate the beauty of nature even if I can't spend much time in it. I am grateful for that. I am grateful for your videos 💚💙💛
I love your video, your voice Is so kind. I love cow ❤️ yes we want tò know the recepies but It Will never be the Same ❤️❤️ i love see the Animals like this..
Wow! Everything is gorgeous, but I have so many questions. Your dress is so beautiful, but arent you cold with it? And how do you have access to the internet? If you live on your own dont you get lonely?
I would rather want to live there, than having our society driven city thingy of working all the time with stress and having no time. Rush there, go there, here is money you can pay your rent. This life, which you show here, makes so much more sense and it's sad that most humans can't live like this (any more)
I love the videos! I’ve been real busy but I’ll be in touch. It will be nice to know the community your in? Neighbours, you mentioned your family, will be nice to know them and friends. ❤❤❤❤ Gladys
This is so beautiful! I am really interested in the aspects of the culture of the region and the village that you live in, could you please make a video about that?🥰
Hi there, thank you for your comment! Of course, there are so many aspects that we can talk about. I am just preparing them. Actually in our next video, we will talk about the dressing culture here. Sending love from the Himalaya.💖💖
Hello Chodron, can you tell me how you found out about rural Tibet and what helped you to travel there? I want to follow your footsteps and live there as well. What lead you here? 能帮我吗?
I can't understand how items are procured. Food, dishes, animals, clothes... where does money come from. These videos give the impression of not having classic type jobs... so where do things come from, how are they produced. and wherever they come from... how are they purchased by those who need them? Is it barter system, or is there actual money gained my just normal employment I'm just not seeing? I feel so dumb trying to figure out this simple problem...
Hi there! So my job here in the village is an "art seller", to help the traditional arts like Thangka painting, yak wool weaving to sell to art shops and museums. Not sure if this answers your question. Wish all the best.
How amazing! I love those mushrooms back when I was still in the Philippines 🇵🇭. Thank you for sharing your heaven on earth home in Tibet. I love the slow living. ❤
Another wonderful video. The landscape is incredibly beautiful and the sound of the river is music to my ears. Your green dress is stunning. Many blessings from the USA ❤
this is some beautiful footage and content. I love videos that helps me travel and learn more about other culture. I cant wait to see more of the plains and animals and your neighbors as well as daily meals you have there. I wonder if you are planning to stay longterm and if so what is the housing plan? keep doing your great work.

Hello :) I just discovered your page today, like not even 20 minutes ago if I’m being honest 😅 I’m in love with your content already, so wholesome and beautiful. I’m curious to know, do you have to pay to live in your little home in the mountain? If so, who do you give the money to? Pardon my ignorance if that sounds silly, I’m a teenager living in a city near Toronto and as I get older I get less convinced a life in the suburbs forever is for me. Im so happy I found you! ❤️
Hi Madi, thanks for your comment. Yes I need to pay for the rent. I rent a little house that belonged to my aunt. I hope this info help! Have a good day.
I’m not going to lie that black ear fungus honestly scares me but I have the weird need to try it out. I don’t think I’ll ever get that chance but still your lifestyle is so calm an so simple you’re truly blessed 💙
