I am so happy to see that Steve and Ivana is having a wonderful and memorable time celebrating Hari Raya with Abang Ajeeb and his family. This is truly Malaysian hospitality at its best. Terima Kasih to Abang Ajeeb and his family for showcasing the best of what we as Malaysian can offer to foreigners like Steve and Ivana in terms of hospitality. The food actually looks amazing.
Whole day eating and steve just saying.. Sooo good hahahaha... And sleeping on the floor on hari raya late afternoon are actually untold tradition🤣😂... Can see you guys really enjoy hari raya
I can say for every Malay dudes, one of the things we dreaded during Hari Raya when we're kid was being dragged by our parents to jalan raya. It's the same menus from one house to another, in full Raya attire under blistering hot sun where the only saving grace was the duit raya. Now as an adult, watching Steve and Ivana having a blast celebrating Raya really brings out the nostalgia and how I really missed home. I believe many of viewers here are same like me, Malaysian expats in some foreign lands and haven't celebrating Raya back home for years. Stay strong my fellow Malaysian expats and hopefully we can celebrate Raya at home next year.
That sleeping on the floor part 😂 very much unseen Hari Raya tradition. Most guys does that after few visits and makan-makan. Loving the red kebaya and baju melayu you guys wear. Ivana look so cantik with the shawl 🥲 Thank you abang Ajeeb for hosting. Malaysian Hospitality (MH) at its best 🇲🇾❤️
Guys you will gain your weight during hari raya. All the time is makan2 and when we visit any house we have to eat to show our respect to the owner of the house. SELAMAT HARI RAYA ❤❤

Typical things we always do during Raya's house to house trip are sleeping in the car while traveling also on the floor typically like Steve did. For us Raya is a special time, we can spend more time with our family after being far from our beloved one for a long time. "Maaf Zahir dan Batin" means to seek forgiveness for all wrong doings, such wonderful words to say right after Selamat Hari Raya. Till next time, thank you for your amazing vlog. Hope u can come again for next year Hari Raya.

This is real hari raya celebrations..wearing nice and variety colours of baju Melayu, baju kurung..family gathering, asking for forgiveness..lot of foods, eating together with a smiling face..keep visiting each other, from early in the morning till 9pm.
Steve ---> Rendang Coma 🤕🤪
Nice Strawberry Red outfits guys! ❤
Asam boi is salted dried plum. The one you ate with apple is the shreded one (with seed removed).
Love how Steve eat. Just like local and do not hesitate to eat. Some traveler from western countries are sometimes show obvious body language how hesitation and caution they are when to taste some foods, make me want to scream “just eat, it’s food not poison, dude! Lol….as host we appreciate if our guest not hesitated to eat what we prepared.
Wow nice bro n sis take care good luck selamat hari raya Aidilfitri be safe happy all's times😎🙏🏁
We love Steve n Ivana, Awesome couple 🥰😘😘 Enjoy your Raya with Abang Ajib’s Big Families👍👍👍👍👍

Ironically Steve's favorite food is rendang and this month is Hari Raya so to Steve I just want to say "eat all those rendang till you drop mate!" 😂
haaha steve sleeping is part of first day raya for most of us as well i can attest.
I would really love to visit Malaysia during hari raya and spend the day with locals. I guess it’s not possible, but what’s the problem with dreaming 😅 right?
You're always welcoming here in malaysia. Make new friends, keep in touch with them and make a very good plan for it.
abang so sweet helping Steve remove the lint on the songkok.
Wow, u guys, 3 days in a row, a daily video, n it's all about Raya, simply awesome, well, u guys can only do that here in Malaysia. And if I'm not mistaken u guys told us in d Jetlive Sunday y'day that there'll be another one video about Raya, d PM's Raya open house vlog. Look forward to watching it.
yes, many more Raya vlogs coming this week! We are posting everyday this week.
@@JetLagWarriors WOW. U guys r really awesome. U guys r d best. Tiba tiba Raya came with tiap tiap hari, everyday, Raya videos. U guys must be excellent in editing videos. 🙂
I don’t mind watching more raya videos.. I miss celebrating hari raya in Malaysia. 8 years didn’t celebrate raya in Malaysia.
@@ai7120 Yeah, same here, luv watching their Raya videos. 8 years, that's a long time, either u r away abroad, or in d country but not able to celebrate as before. Either way, I've not felt Raya since my mom passed away more than 35 years ago. Due to 2 depressions, I haven't clebrated Raya for more than 21 years. Well, life goes on. Raya always brings back good memories for many of us out there. 🙂
you guys are literally in a food coma! 😂😂😂
Hope you enjoyed the food overload
Abang ajib is a great "typical-malaysian" ambassador... this is how u celebrate hari raya 👍🏻👍🏻😊
Thanks nik danny, selamat hari raya
Teringat malam raya haritu. Kelam kabut malam tu tak tidur sebab nak masak segala juadah untuk esok. Memang bising sepanjang malam. Dua kali dah dalam hidup ni merasa raya kelam kabut 🤣
both of u look so stunning wearing baju melayu and baju kurung. most important thing u guys get real experience how Malaysian celebrate hari raya trully. that's what hari raya really mean. eating after hold from eating, drinking, anger and cursing for a month and ask for forgiveness with each others. so glad for u both. selamat hari raya!
Beautiful experience, ya...
We celebrate HARI RAYA for a month.
I'm so glad to see you guys enjoy Raya. Abang Aji is so nice bringing you to several houses and let you guys rilex. enjoy bunga api or firecrackers at night. 5 house visiting is a lot even for me. Hahahaha.
Thanks lh hn
I get the vibes from the way you're talking from just two minutes early in the video that you're genuinely nice guy enjoying life. I wish I would be more like you in my outlook of life
Thank you my friend. I can also tell you are a nice guy from your comment.
This year is definitely extra special and more emotional for many people after not able to fully celebrate and travel to many houses and relatives after more tahn 2 years. Last time this kind of full mode celebration was in 2019.

JW appeared in our local news last nite for PM open house interview
Steve energy gone at another lvl at national news
I would like to let them taste my family special dishes which are dendeng (paternal family's recipe, Perak) and sambal goreng pengantin (maternal's family recipe, Melaka) , but alas its all finished on day 1 and I don't have the strength to cook more of them now..too tired from travelling to my kampung and back... And also there are some supply problem with some of the ingredients...Well, maybe I'll make some for Hari Raya Haji/Korban/AidilAdha and invite them or send it to them if they are in KL then. InsyaAllah...
Haha no worries, I’m sure it is hard work to make those dishes. Maybe next time! I would love to try your delicious dendeng. Thank you☺️
😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻 sambal goreng pengantin!! 😛 My favourite!😍🥰🥣
@@joycetan4684 johorean or singaporean?? Cause we couldn't get that anywhere else except these two.... Although my family is from Melaka, the recipe originated from Singapore where my late aunt by marriage was from
@@ashtriana1 You mean sambal goreng pengantin?😳
@@joycetan4684 Yes.... Or do you mean another kind of sambal goreng... The one with ikan bilis, tempe and potato/peanut is also called sambal goreng, ie. Sambal goreng ikan bilis.. Then there is a vegetable dish, also called sambal goreng, this one usually consist of french/long beans, tempe, tofu and suhun... Where as sambal goreng pengantin is mainly meat and organs of a cow such as paru (lung), hati (liver), limpa (spleen or is it pancreas)
I love negeri sembilan s food!
Hi guys 👋 love to see all those beautiful faces and smiles of you both , Abang Ajeeb , his families and friends 👍🏻 Yeay this year was never expected to celebrate Hari Raya a day earlier , luckily I managed to finish my cooking and continue preparing for nasi minyak and steam some instant ketupat palas the next day 😅👍🏻 nice red baju Ivana and Steve 👏🏻 I think eating too much of ketupat palas I.e glutinous rice can make you tired and sleepy 😂 sugar spike 😅 you’re so blessed to be part of Abang Ajeeb’s family and they are definitely a great hosts 👍🏻 great job guys 👏🏻😘🥰
Thank you lynia65
Once a year Sugar Spike is ok.. 😝🍚🍛🤭
That is a gorgeous red. Glad you enjoy the raya. Ajeeb n Noor. ...Selamat Hari Raya.
Selamat Hari Raya Steve n Ivana.
Selamat hari raya sis hussain
