No Gina. Clem gives them a funky sound....not bad but different. It changes their sound.

It makes them sound slicker...more poppy. Kind of takes the punk edge out. Shows how much Gina contributes to the Go-Gos signature sound.
I absolutely love the Go Go's!! Remember those hot summer nights in the 80's, KROQ blasting on the radio doing tons of blow flying down Ventura highway in a white Jag trying to have sex while....
Wow, I don't think we had the same experience in the 80s. Needless to say, The Go Go's are cemented in history.
I guess the show must go on, but I feel like they should have waited for Gina.
No shade on Clem Burke, but he's making that beat with the floor tom, and not the kick-drum. Gina Schock, he ain't.
Clem's drumming is tight as Belinda's face!!
