I just started painting to help with my PTSD from the military, I pained this tonight and it really helped me calm down and find some inner peace. This really made a difference to the way I feel right now, thank you.
I have PTSD as well and painting really helps me switch off and feel good about myself when I create something nice. Keep going mate one day at a time xx

This video was great. Mother’s Day is tomorrow and my mom loves the beach so I wanted a quick painting to do and found this one. My palm trees aren’t as good lol but I’m actually really happy with how it came out on my end. Thanks !
This was a very cool way to get your clouds...by lifting some of the paint off almost down to canvas..I've only been painting about 3yrs & these are some techniques that I've not seen before but will definitely try. Like putting paint right on canvas!!! Just wow. Stay safe during QUARANTINE of 2020
This made my heart warm🤗 in Puerto Rico the beach waters always look like this it made me feel at home 💕 I loved the water and cloud technique I will definitely come back to paint this again and give it to one of my relatives!❤️

I just started watching and you make it look easy, and your voice is so calming. I was thinking of buying those paint by numbers for adults, but they are pricey. Some people complain about some of the paint pods being all dried out when it arrives. I may try this now instead.

They are actually quite easy to paint, just let the filbert or fan brush do the work for you😉🎨
