High risk in that under the road tunnel? Is the city manager telling us that the tunnel could collapse? Far less risk than working the parks for gold. Now doing damage and they had to put 5000 pounds of concrete down to fix it? I call BS that was needed to fix prospecting damage. They’d have been scraping the surface of the concrete for gold not digging through it.
I don’t live in cali but even I know that there was several people that made huge amounts of money mining for gold on city lots in auborn when it was just becoming a city. But you don’t have to take my word for it, do your own research and you will see
