There used to be a lot more metal in the environment than now. Until about the early 80s, gasoline had lead in it, as did paint. Asbestos was widely used in brake linings, which through friction asbestos dust was in the air. and supposedly sperm and testosterone levels have dropped now, over the averages from 30 or 40 years ago. The big things we didn't have 30 to 40 years ago, that we have everywhere now is all the electronics, and all the plastics, that drinking water is in. And all the use with microwave radiation in cooking.

Every time I watch something like this I instantly become a hypochondriac. “ omg do I have candida?” I Have had athlete foot, ringworm, pancreatitis ( digestion issues) , and other things mentioned .quit smoking weed about a year ago now. But my sugar cravings are much lower. Probably directly correlates with quitting weed.

I use xtrema ceramic cookware. It's expensive but will last a lifetime with care. Often times cookware is labeled ceramic but its really just aluminum with a thin ceramic coating, which inevitably scratches and wears down, ultimately resulting in aluminum exposure. So be careful to find pure ceramic. Cast iron is good as well but a little too high maintenance for my taste.
Ive always wanted kids since i was 16, I'm 38 now and still nothing. I did a few test and nothing. I had mumps when i was a child but from reading up about it it can only affect you if your in puberty and i was was too young for that. If he starts taking shots, patches or gels, YES. (The pills from a store aren’t high enough to really do much for low-T) Proof of 3 years of no pregnancies due to husband on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) look up studies! There are SO many done now that link sterility with testosterone therapy.
I don't think spit would be enough for lube... Do you get enough foreplay for lubrication? If not, it would be best for you to use a proper water based lubrication to avoid tearing, micro-abrasions, and/or pain/discomfort. If you are trying to conceive their is something called pre-seed lube which is sperm safe (he would have to "suck it up" for your sake, to make sure you are comfortable). Pre-seed also mimics cervical fluid. If you don't know the reason behind dryness especially if you are trying to conceive, maybe see an obgyn. Cervical mucus plays an important part in fertility. Sex isn't all about the man either so make sure you are taken care of as well, especially when it comes to comfort.
Thanks for addressing the metal toxicity issue! I know I've had problems with this from just being unaware and using pots and pans that had no protective coating left, leaching aluminum into my food. After a good far infrared sauna session I was able to actually see dark gray sweat spots on the white towel i was using, but with regular use (and switching to ceramic cookware) they got lighter and lighter and to me that indicated improvement. My husband on the other hand has amalgam fillings and I think does still struggle with metal toxicity. My question is does miscarriage incidence increase even if it's just the male that has this issue?
I’m 5 weeks 4 days today. I found out my progesterone dropped from 38 on 5/17 to 19 on 5/20 (3days!!!) I was on 400mg oral progesterone since my bfp and after finding out the results today I increased my dose to 800mg. I should mention that Friday the test was done fasting while Monday was after eating. My hcg from 5/20 showed a good increase whichOB says is reassuring but I’m still worried abt the progesterone drop since I had a mc last year. Please please advice me Fleur. Hmm, good question! I do, but not really fertility related... Women's Bodies Women's Wisdom by Christiane Northrup has a lot of good stuff but I don't agree with everything in it, and I like Natural Solutions to Infertility by Marilyn Glenville. Both English :):)

I don't think spit would be enough for lube... Do you get enough foreplay for lubrication? If not, it would be best for you to use a proper water based lubrication to avoid tearing, micro-abrasions, and/or pain/discomfort. If you are trying to conceive their is something called pre-seed lube which is sperm safe (he would have to "suck it up" for your sake, to make sure you are comfortable). Pre-seed also mimics cervical fluid.
If you don't know the reason behind dryness especially if you are trying to conceive, maybe see an obgyn. Cervical mucus plays an important part in fertility.
Sex isn't all about the man either so make sure you are taken care of as well, especially when it comes to comfort.

Thanks for addressing the metal toxicity issue! I know I've had problems with this from just being unaware and using pots and pans that had no protective coating left, leaching aluminum into my food. After a good far infrared sauna session I was able to actually see dark gray sweat spots on the white towel i was using, but with regular use (and switching to ceramic cookware) they got lighter and lighter and to me that indicated improvement. My husband on the other hand has amalgam fillings and I think does still struggle with metal toxicity. I’m 5 weeks 4 days today. I found out my progesterone dropped from 38 on 5/17 to 19 on 5/20 (3days!!!) I was on 400mg oral progesterone since my bfp and after finding out the results today I increased my dose to 800mg. I should mention that Friday the test was done fasting while Monday was after eating.
