Watching this while my grill is sitting under a foot of snow 🙃
One word.... broom.
Turn that grill on... The snow melts!
Time to fire it up!
Watching as a disabled, dying man in a dirty old flat.
We love for tenderloin in our house, and I just got a new grill the week before Christmas at an incredible price. This looks like one of several great recipes to break it in. Only thing I would do different is to leave the cilantro out of the food processor until everything else is chopped up, then gently stir in the chop cilantro. It just seems like whenever I put delicate herbs into the food processor, unless I am making pesto, much of the flavor gets lost.
Julia, I love your hair up like that! Wonderful recipe!
Boy, I had no idea the weather was so nice in Mass. this time of year.
Likely this was shot in the spring, of last year.
Wow, looks delicious! Thanks for sharing! Will definitely have to try
looks fantastic Cheers
JULIA , YOU ARE REALLY NAILING THIS RECIPE...THANKS !
Looks yummy! Need to try this one.
Thank you !
so yum! That looks great!
Will adapt this for my GoWise AirFryer Oven that has a 'grill plate' and heating element beneath it.
Can't wait to try it.
looks good!
I love pork tenderloin. Yum!
I need to try this one!!
I love grilled or smoked tenderloin, and that is a most interesting salsa a definite must try
Great recipe! Thanks!
Yummy!
Pork and pineapple are the best together ❤
Need to try this especially the salsa, and those meat looked just nice.
Adapting to make via sous-vide as that's where Pork Tenderloin really shines @ 140/2. 😋
Or, sous vide to 130 and sear to 140 😋
I think I would have oiled the tenderloin before adding the spice rub. Rubbing bacon grease on them wouldn't be a bad idea, either.
I have yet to hears of a bad idea that includes anything 'bacon'.
(although I'm sure some commenters might start sharing some now... ;^)
She has a smile that would light up a kitchen !
Yummy yummy.
Good GOD lord Julia you yes miss the guacamole and some fresh tortillas! To stamp you cooking seal on that dish!! Yummy 🤤 I love it the way you cook thank you girl!!!
hi happy new year y guys r awesome and one of the best cooking teacher in world please decode following pasted video recipie means decode all ingriedents and cooking time for commercial cooking thanks
My mom taught me the same pineapple ripe test
Waiting for old man winter to go away! So we could try this!🎅😎 can we just used canned sliced pineapple I stead?
That was the shiniest onion I've ever seen
for those of us that cilantro tastes like soap, can you recommend a substitute herb?
Anyone familiar with the blacksmith's logo on her knife? That was certainly no Victorinox... 7:55
Who’s grilling in the middle of January? Other than the southern states? But isn’t this shot in Boston???? Retread???
I live in Ohio and grill 12 months
@@daveklein2826 good for you Dave. Nothing like grilling in 10 degree weather with 20 mph winds. We are proud of you.
I've grilled in worse weather
👍🏽👍🏽
I use a potato peeler to remove the pineapple eyes.
It's more fun than my video.
Clean the grill immediately after you take your food off...... don't wait until the next time you cook! So much easier to clean when the grill is still hot and moist.
Thanks! Can’t wait to try this in 264,726 days
Can anyone tell me the brand of the blue-handled chef’s knife with the G*F that is used in this video?
@@sandrah7512 Thank you. I don’t usually read the comments but next time I have a question I’ll look back.
I'm loving the Yamaka. 😉
(Just being silly Julia, we love you.)
🤔
I don't need to leave the root end on the onion, it's an inanimate object, and I have two hands and a functional mind, and I'm not lazy !
We're all in awe of your greatness, David.
Its so the onion holds together on the grill.
And don’t come after me saying it’s a gas grill because you can achieve the same product by keeping your cut on the indirect side
Aaaa h - treating pineapple
Great video but any real cook knows grill marks are more of a negative than a positive you’ve should just smoke the hell out of it your final product is much more tender and juicy plus that 8min on high heat per side only overcooks the outside of the tenderloin and inside remains totally raw which leaves you with a dry and less tender product
Putting grilled pineapple in the food processor makes it look like hot unappetizing mess, just give them a small dice.
Looks perfect
If your going to have secret ingredients, why have a tutorial?
I absolutely do not agree with your assessment of pre marinaded tenderloins. They are cryo sealed and will only absorb so much marinade . Some people just don’t have the time to do the entire job themselves.
How can anyone stand the flavor of cilantro??? It's nasty!!!
Pulling the leaves out of the top of the pineapple is an old wives’ tale. Smell the pineapple. It will taste exactly like it smells. If it smells sweet, it will taste sweet. I expect better from you folks.
I love watching America's Test Kitchen and the other shows. However, this video is full of cross contamination including putting raw pork with veggies and then putting the finished pork and grilled pineapple/onion on the same tray the raw pork was on. 🤢🤢🤮
5:42 She says she put the cooked food on a clean tray.
