An awesome, excellent, superb, timeless game. And one of the best TMNT games given to us by Konami. This game holds a lot of nostalgic memories for me.
Would you like to do Art of Fighting 1 Arcade All Characters No Damage Ice Pillar Smash Only Longplay Art of Fighting 2 Arcade All Characters No Damage Strength Training Only Longplay and Art of Fighting 3 Arcade All Characters No Damage Longplay if that’s ok with you?
If I can be honest, I didn't even know the SNES Turtles in Time was a port of the arcade version, mostly because I didn't even know it was originally on the arcade. I've only ever seen the first one in arcades and never the sequel.
This is one game I don't think I could ever get tired of playing, or watching. I heard there's been an unfortunate delay with _The Cowabunga Collection_ pertaining to some copyrighted stuff, blagh. If we don't get all the original music or graphics because of Pizza Hut, I'm going to be a bit disappointed.
SNES version also 'feels right' when you hit something, and it's much easier to do throws. The music is more charming as well. The only thing it lacks is the quality of any voice overs, such as "Pizza Time!" or "Cowabunga!"
Prefer arcade version, better animation, more characters in the same time on the screen, better effects, sprites are bigger, audio quality, shredderis better. Love snes version too, cause of Slash, one new level stage and now bosses. But Arcade is always better
Can i tell you a tip: Everyone think this game is endless, they are wrong. This game isn't endless, Is a setting/option that make the game endless. To fix this problem, go to service mode and when are you in service mode go to game options. When are you on game options go to game loop and change "Game loops endlessly" to "Game over after final stage" and save. Now when you clear the game, the game no longer loop endlessly but instead the game ends normally.
Great stuff and loving the content. I cannot remember for the life of me a game I had boxed for c64 on cassette and used to play with my dad. It had an image of a guy (spy) on the front if I recall. It involved typing and the first level was trying to get inside a walled entrance with a gate. I think the character may have had amnesia? Any ideas mate, I’ve spent over 20 years trying to find out.
I actually prefer the OST on the SNES version this sounds real lame compared to it! The synths sound beautiful on the SNES and the sound where you throw them toward the screen ( mode 7) made me get goosebumps!!!
Wow, what skill! This is like watching Xena: Warrior Princess--such an unbreakable guard! He even dodges the deux ex machina bombs. Took a while for me to figure that out. This IS like Xena! Is this a tool-assisted run?
I would say it's kind of tool-assisted, in fact there are 3 ways to dodge the 5 minute bombs and he happens to rely on the most unreliable and luck based way that's not ideal on repeated runs. Normally you dodge the time bomb by doing a neutral special from the bottom of the screen or pick up the pizza bomb powerup which makes you invincible to it and that's usually what people would do to avoid it(that's normally what I do). Instead he relies on getting hit by an enemy or stage hazard at complete random and the s were enough to not get hit by it. Usually you don't want to rely on doing this because the time in recovery from each attack or damage you take is random depending on the enemy/stage hazard as you may not have enough s to get hit by the enemy while others can help. And considering how random it is to get hit by a certain enemy that causes enough s to avoid it it makes it more unreliable along with timing it to avoid the bomb. He doesn't even attempt to do the neutral special dodge trick or pizza bomb power up to avoid it which is what anyone in a real time playthrough of this game would do as relying on enemies/stage hazards is 100% luck and best for tools assist since that makes it more manageable to anticipate it. He also attacks every enemy on Neon Night Riders. If you want to make that stage less annoying you would actually not fight the enemies because each time you kill them more and tougher enemies would spawn to come out to kill you faster and you waste more time fighting them. By not fighting them most of the enemies will go away on their own, the stronger enemies like the robots won't spawn(99% of the time) and when you get to the yellow foot soldiers that's when it's free to safely kill all the enemies. Overall the run is fine, I mean, he could have done specials more mostly the neutral special since that helps a ton, has s on start up and kills various bosses easier and faster. But relying on enemies/stage hazards to avoid the time bomb is not ideal for a real time playthrough due to randomness of when they attack, the amount of s a certain attack leads to and simply doing a perfect timing when the bomb actually comes so tool assist helps more with that.
God bless always, this looks like a game any one can play at any time or day. Awesome stuff though. Always do appreciate the fun activities. Awesome stuff. Thanks alot. Peace. 1. 1. ✌️💯🤠😎👍🏳️👏💪🙏😁☮️🤌👌
Golden days of TMNT games. So good
Played this at a Take Five arcade in the late 80s.
I miss those days. 😔
You're probably thinking of the first game. This came out in 1991.

29:43 Let this sink in: Neon Night Riders is *already* in the past.☝
And instead of hoverboards, we got COVID... not fair 😡
@@AL82RetrogamingLongplays I know, right? Definitely not fair.

29:44 Little could the game creators have known that 2020 would definitely not involve anyone getting that close to each other on hoverboards. LOL

I hope they will get this sorted, can't wait to get my hands on TMHT 2 on NES, one of my favorites back in the day!
It didn’t stop revenge of shinobi lol
No hoverboards, just a virus, crippling debt and a melting brain for president.
You still cashed the checks that president sent you though, amirite?
While this looks fun, i still prefer the SNES version. That one had Bebop and Rock Steady.
I was missing them yes. So many differences in the 4th game!

😂 A.D. 2020
Oh yeah and The Hyperstone Heist is like two years after this one...so similar man. Love playing beat'emups with friends 🤓📺🎮
Neon Night-riders: 3 years ago
And A.D. 2020 in reality: COVID-19...

Now you face the Shredder
Sega version had Super Shredder right?
@@phlebiax5592 yes
But in the Genesis version Rocksteady stole the Turtle soup line at Shredder.
LET'S KICK SOME SHELL!

One of the rare cases where the home version is superior to the arcade
No 😅
Eita jogava muito esse jogo na minha infância
Do you use some sorta emulator for these? If so, can I know which one?
It's definitely on an emulator.
