Ty for the videos because some times I feel like I want my scoliosis journey to be over but I'm such a long way from that some times I want a buddy at school or something that can go there scoliosis journey together but no one in 5th grade has scoliosis 😭. So it hard to explain my scoliosis journey to my doctor when I hardly wear it sometimes I feel like that back brace is not doing nothing so why do I got to wear it for 22 hours all I want is a buddy to talk to🥺😭
My brace sticks out a lot I’m some places. I really want to wear jeans, but my brace sticks out at my hip, so I have to wear skirts every day. I wish I had the confidence to wear things that show my brace a little, but every since this one person patted me on the back, and asked me if my back was “deformed or something” I’ve be really self conscious of it.
Hi, um i put my back brace 4 days ago and i really wanted to ask something. I have to wear it for 20 hours( i have 36°) and my question is if the hours i have to wear it after months, a year or whatever will be less ( like 18 hours and etc). Also what did you have to do after you finished with your back brace ( sorry if I'm being indiscreet, i'm just a little worried)☺️❤️
Personally my hours didn’t decrease, but this is a question for your doctor! And once i stopped wearing my brace i didn’t do anything else but you can also ask your doctor this!
Thank you! And at first, its uncomfortable, but you get used to it. Have you tried using long cotton shirts under your brace? Or polyester? Also a body pillow might help for sleeping! (it worked for me)
@@MyBackBrace I have tried it , but in my room is too hot 😔 , I don't have problem to sleep with it , but to wear it while not sleeping . But thanks for your advice :)
