  • The National Garden Scheme have been supporting Parkinson's UK since 2012. In that time they have donated £1.75 million to support people living with Parkinson's.
    In this film Roger and Jenny Bateman talk about their love of gardening and how this has benefited Roger deal with many of the symptoms of Parkinson's that he now experiences following his diagnosis.

    Fabulous video. I agree wholeheartedly, if you have Parkinsons, stay active and get active doing achievable things. Gardening is perfect

    Lovely video and what a great couple. I find working in the garden great exercise for Parkinson’s and good to be outside in the fresh air.,

    Brilliant totally agree with you I gardened for other people and two of them as a Naturist
    Gardening is the best medication for Parkinson’s

    Love the inspiration in the video. Both of you are very special. I have Parkinson's since age 36 and now I'm 54. It's progressing 😢.
