Well that was fantastic! So great to see someone working with what they already have in their wardrobe. I am a huge fan of “buy well, buy less” and the “thirty wears challenge” which you obviously do and endorse with your choice of good quality pieces that work for you. Well done Anna! Susanne x.
Yes that's helpful but a stylist is able to advise on different kinds of bodies and different kinds of styles. My friends for example have a different type of figure and probably dress much more feminine and pretty than I do, whereas I like things a little edgy and androgynous. While its nice to get a different point of view even from a non-stylist, a stylist would probably be able to do more.
My style was changed completely when I started wearing all my blouses with a white tank, tee or turtleneck underneath. I feel my best in that formula by rebranding all my blouses hahah
I think she mentioned somewhere that she uploaded it by accident with last week’s video, then maybe she just made it private last week and made it visible again today
I love seeing you so excited and passionate. Its great you've found ways to wear what you already have even if it is just adding another grounding colour in an outfit, its more about the confidence to wear it that way and it looks good (and even a celeb stylist thinks so) 🤣 another fab video, thanks for sharing with us! Xxx
I think you can do V necks. You wear the waistcoats that are V neck and they look amazing on you. Maybe you just need the right V? These outfits definitely elevate your looks and do look more refined. I love these styles over the big and baggy on you! And your legs are amazing! Dresses and skirts are wonderful on you!
Wow Anna - this is fantastic! Loved this video. Sooo good! Thank you so much for shining a light on thinking about clothes in this way. And the benefit of getting professional advice :)
Anna do you have a good trick for finding light pants that aren’t see through- I’ve definitely struggled finding something similar even with neutral underwear
Very inspiring, even though it‘s just little tips and tricks. It is funny though, that you decided a v-neck isn‘t really your style (which I also just realized again after buying v-neck tops/blouses/etc. again and again) and then wear the two vests/waistcoats with a v-neck 😄
I almost missed this video!! Saw it pop up last Sunday, but then it disappeared. And now I didn't see it until it popped up on my recommended page. Just a heads up!
I would think that black shoes are literally the easiest thing to style. In fact all your clothes are neutral so it's not really that challenging to put things together. Would love to see Allison B style someone who has more colour and print.
I wish I could do a styling session with Alison, but living in Western Australia I’d need to do it at 1am 😳 But I have pre-ordered her book 🤗 I've been following her for a while. It’s interesting how other people can see such obvious things about our style that we overlook. We get confused with too many options but feel we have nothing to wear. Bored with our wardrobe we think something new will solve the problem but it only adds to the guilt of not wearing it. 😬 Maybe we just need validation that we’re doing it right. Even fashion/beauty content creators need help. 🤭 As soon as you held up the white shirt I thought it would be great worn as an over-shirt. 🥰
Yeah I noticed this too! The V neck waistcoat looked lovely. Maybe it’s just like the shape of the V needs to be more narrow not so wide as the tank was.
I love that linen jacket and would find it very useful, but I think you need to have the sleeves tailored a bit--they swallow you up. I'd find the bagginess, especially around the cuff, so distracting, and can actually feel myself pushing them up and rolling them up
Would you consider putting the v neck raey cami over the white tank and jeans; or together with your black blazer and black wide leg trousers and MB mules? I've seen following Japanese styling vids recently and layering shapes really works an outfit. Also i find the styling more edgy and refreshing than "neutrals/ quiet luxury/ tonal/ monochrome/ body shape" suggestions that all influencers seem to say...
I love this Anna! So many beautiful outfits. I’m a personal stylist (@myinspiredwardrobe) and there is nothing better than making someone feel good in their outfits ❤
Loved this video. Would like a part 2…other outfit formulas and the suggested pieces to fill in gaps.

I feel like friends could do this, a lot of times it just takes fresh eyes.

The dream watch. Two of my favourite people on RUclips together! 😍
I love every one of these looks!! They are all very you and also elevated to something special
I absolutely loved this video! It was so inspiring, and gave me so many ideas for my wardrobe!
My style was changed completely when I started wearing all my blouses with a white tank, tee or turtleneck underneath. I feel my best in that formula by rebranding all my blouses hahah
I love this video! Sometimes it’s hard to see what you can put together or connect clothes in a way that others can see, so this was super useful!
Girl I GASPED at you in that ref dress -- the entire outfit was spot on and you pull it off so well!!
woww, every single outfit looked so incredible on you and there are so many tips I feel like I can now apply to my own wardrobe - thank you!
I love the Manolos with the jeans and black t-shirt. 😍
And I love that you loved sharing what you learnt as much as you loved learning it.
This was so fun i didn't want it to end!
Those manolos work beautifully with your darker wash jean shorts a white tee and your black linen blazer on top.
This was awesome!! Would love to see a follow up to see how you're using Allison's tips now? I loved this. Inspirational!
Omg the reformation dress with the manolos and st agni bag is TOO GOOD x
So odd. This says it was posted 7 days ago but I have only just found it. Thanks for sharing. Some useful stuff in here.
I think she mentioned somewhere that she uploaded it by accident with last week’s video, then maybe she just made it private last week and made it visible again today
Oh my! Love a video, a way you present and a vibe. I can feel how your 3 words suit you ❤
Absolutely LOVE the first cream outfit with the black shoes and jumper on the shoulders - so good
So good! Thanks for sharing. I definitely need a closet clean / edit and you’re giving me great ideas!

Anna, you have a wonderful sense of style. I find that some items I put on and it immediately feels comfortable and right. Go with your instincts

Clarins SOS Lashes Serum Mascara is my favourite! Brown, lightweight, natural looking and good staying power 🤎
Thank you for this video Anna, it was great to have your take on it and so nice to know that you felt at ease throughout the whole thing. 🙂
HIGHLY recommend the Uniqlo jumper - the merino is pretty thin but nice and less structured!!
Love this video and how excited you are about the session!!!!
I have been pumped to watch this all week and it did not disappoint!! Love you both, thank you for sooo much inspo ❤❤❤❤
Love your style!
Really enjoyed this - your excitement is infectious! Thank you Anna 😊
Two true queens!
I just oohed and aahed my way through the whole video! Thanks for sharing! So fun!!!
All outfits 😍 ❤
The Manolos are gorgeous and look fantastic on you ❤
So…l what’s on the ‘to buy’ list? What did she think was missing? Loved this ❤❤❤
Anna what do you use on your eyebrows? They look so great. Wonderful style edit, too. X
Love this!
Can you upload the pictures to Pinterest? or blog?
Omg ive been waiting for this! ❤❤❤
Anna do you have a good trick for finding light pants that aren’t see through- I’ve definitely struggled finding something similar even with neutral underwear
Uniqlo? I have found flowy pants in linen and other fabrics. Both wide and narrow :) hope you find what you are looking for anyway 😊
Loved this video! Such inspiration!
loved all the outfits
What clothing racks do you use! Random question! Thank you in advance!
This is so interesting! I've been toying with the idea to book a session with her for a while now. Definitely my next present to myself! :)

Were there any items she thought you should get rid of? I can hardly wait for Allison’s book to come out! It’ll be a wealth of knowledge and tips.
The tailored cream shirt is what I’ve been looking for(so curious where it’s from!)
I almost missed this video!! Saw it pop up last Sunday, but then it disappeared. And now I didn't see it until it popped up on my recommended page. Just a heads up!
so excited for this video
So inspiring! Thanks for sharing
Thank for a great video. Would love another video, if you do a session with Allison again 😊
Really enjoyed this, lots of great tips and ideas

Oh this makes me want to be playful with my existing wardrobe- thanks!

Me too…can’t wait to read it!!
I love Alison and the simplicity of her advice. I think it was just that the cami wasn’t right for you as the v neck waistcoats look fab
Yeah I noticed this too! The V neck waistcoat looked lovely. Maybe it’s just like the shape of the V needs to be more narrow not so wide as the tank was.
Is your Vinted only available within the UK? I've tried to find your profile (I'm in Sweden) but it won't pop up!
Loved this video ❤ I worked with Allison & would definitely recommend her services 🤩
I love your long and rambly videos
I love that linen jacket and would find it very useful, but I think you need to have the sleeves tailored a bit--they swallow you up. I'd find the bagginess, especially around the cuff, so distracting, and can actually feel myself pushing them up and rolling them up
I thought this was going to show the actual session
Ah! Screamed out loud when I saw this was posted!

This was amazing. Thank you.
Yeah maybe because it was posted last week it doesn’t appear in our feed
❤❤❤❤ absolutely love this!!
It’s been a year, maybe you should revisit and see how this change the way you dress. Do you still love
It or wasn’t worth it.
I DEFINITELY want a session with her!!!!
What about colour
Where is Alison??
❤
Fab
The waistcoat has a v-neck, I wouldn't rule it out entirely.
I love this Anna! So many beautiful outfits. I’m a personal stylist (@myinspiredwardrobe) and there is nothing better than making someone feel good in their outfits ❤
