I love these videos so much. I get eczema and mine is seasonal, it’s so harsh in winter, if you think yours is strictly seasonal you may need to incorporate oils into your body care, Jojoba is amazing ❤

Hey Anna, a little aromatherapist tip for your psoriasis: you could try using hemp seed oil on it. I have had some really good results with it with my clients.
You're not alone with the psoriasis. It's the bloody worst! I have it all through my scalp and eyebrows and it makes me so self conscious. Nothing works 😭
