One thing I find irritating is that a "paragraph" "long answer text" does not have a spot for a true answer key. The reason I don't like to put the answers in the automatic feedback spot is that students can see that feedback immediately upon test release. Sometimes I may like them to see the answers, and at other times I do not. But I guess you can't have everything in life!
Thank you; this was helpful. My problem is....I'm a Spanish teacher and I asked each student to describe himself/herself. So, I need to see who answered the question in order to determine if their answer is right. Is there a way to do this?
Thank you, this was helpful, but only partially so ... on this video and others, the process ends with grading the questions but does not continue to process to actually returning the quizzes to Students. From what I've experienced, since these quizzes include questions that are not all automatically graded (eg you have to review the answers manually), the Students will not see their grade until after you grade and return it. But, you video and others like it stop short of returning the quiz to Students which is where I am stuck Also, every time I have tried, the point total for quizzes needs to be manually updated before returning; their point total remains blank (___/10) until I manually go back to check their total and update it myself ... not at all what I expected. Thanks for what you have done already and thanks in advance if you can help more!
Thanks. Unfortunately, the students could not see their scores automatically since teachers will grade short answers manually. Is there any way better to grade the short answer responses?
This is exactly what I needed to know. Thank you!
Thank you, this was quite helpful.
Thank you. This is what I am searching for 1 week. Thanks alot.
Really... Helpful. Thanks a lot
Thank you very much. This has helped me.

Any ideas about how to sort responses by graded/ungraded?
Thank you so much for this!!!

Do you have any videos on providing feedback to students? Do you let them do test corrections?
Thank you very much! 😊
Thanks. You are the best!
What do you use to video edit?
So I did that but the grades are not showing up on the grades tab.
Hola, ¿existe alguna manera de autocalificar los párrafos?
What about paragraph questions in Google Forms - students need feedback.
Yep, you can do that in the same place you’d assign the scores. I kind of skipped over it in the video but it’s there!

best way is to use mcqs. grading short answers is a bit annoying no matter how easy it may seem
I don't get the tick and cross option like you did. Any idea why?
i figured you have to use the drop down question tab, and not the individual responses tab
Mam, How students can see their corrected google form
It depends on the settings. You can set it to release immediately after they submit, or at a later date.
For first time viewers and new to process, way, way, way too fast -- slow your speech and pacing. Pause for viewer processing.
