If your internals either match or exceed the performance of the Type-R, I see no problem with it. If you slap the emblem on with no mods and a stock, barebones economy power train, then yeah at that point it's a joke.

A 1.5t with a cvt nothing about that screams sporty driving at all. To put a type r badge on the front with a CVT is the perfect way to get laughed at by anyone who knows anything about cars.
I would just avoid any type r badging on any accord since they don't exist in the US. Reason i decided to paint my emblems matte-ish gold.

Gorgeous ride! I just bought a 2018 EX! So far I added $2500 speakers/eq controller/bass knob/amp/subs. It will cost about $1k for rattle proofing the rear lol. Damn subs.

about 10 grand less and still looks decent. I normally hack on Honda guys but there 2019 accords are growing on me. Might get a lower trim one for a daily myself and mod it too.
I said the same thing to myself when i got my sport (with all the Ex-l features, including sunroof)....payed $35 out the door....touring is 10grand more for features that i can live without. So its not worth the upgrade. Only two things i envy about the touring is the wireless charger for the cell and the seat adjust memory. But i asked honda and they can add the wireless charger for 300 bucks. So only things i be missing is the seat feature. Again, not gonna pay 10Gs just for that....plus ill be only spending $1000 on ebay(this price would also include the charger) in the end ill be having a better looking car than a touring for only a grand extra and not $10Gs.
Andrew K I paid 22500 for this ride plus 3 k upgrades on everything that your seeing. Total cost about 26k plus another 5 bills for the ktuner. That's it max no more no less. I love my daily and it is fast enough for me as a family man. I mean safety is priority when u got kids.

The overall modification is good BUT you have one issue which is too much detailing.
There is No need for the rear , side windows and fuel accessories.
Until now I hated the last gen. Accord since its launch. But mann..... your sick looking modified beast just changed my mind all the way around. I really congratulate you for owning this gem. Also, damn great mods & keep up the good work.
