Offer her something to eat. Then, just put her cage . Leave the door open. Then put a pole she can sit on. With food and water on both sides. When she's in her cage change here food and water. She has to come to you. Just be patient.

I have some jealous parakeets in a different cage. They get noisy when they get at it
