I respect this supreme court and I believe where women are leading there is Truth this are well educated people who knows and understand their work they are reading transperacy information I respect this judges of kenya not like 2017 corrupted supreme court with all stomach judges God bless this team for taking their time to calculate and do chebukati work yenye alikata kufanya na kuaibisha iebc with their poor performance announcement yani hata kondoo hawawezi fanya kazi ya ujinga na ufisadi yenye chebukati team amefanya my opinion is to shane their women and wife's who played dirty role and supporting Shane announcement sitamaahau huyu mama Rachel Ruto akiwa mbele ya iebc mumewake akichukua certificate na anasubiri wanakenya kuwana kwa sababu ya political clashes na hana haya

she says that verification is supposed to be a commission effort as per the constitution, then again sides with one commissioner! how do we trust the whole commission? Processes, not numbers!
But is a last minute fight between 7 people enough to annul an entire election already decided by 14 million Kenyans? No.

Work needed in African politics and governance. Interesting in high court judgment every efidevit from petitioners were nulled. We saw some manipulation in IEBC servers but has no substance.
so you know better than these highly qualified judges?
Most importantly, all the ballot boxes that the petitioners claimed were stuffed turned out to be perfectly accurate. Kenyans spoke loud and clear, and their wishes were perfectly transmitted.
How did you see manipulation in the servers? Did you login to the server?

Unfortunately this is not angered in law, the judges only speculated but never went through facts n evidence aduced they eroded the convidence

the 2022 Scok goes back to precedence only when they want it to suit the respondents defense... Maraga's 2017 Scok precedence stated that its Process then numbers...IEBC failed in massive processes, thus there should not be validation of the 2022 election outcome!!

@@kinyuaibari2816 truth be told I followed the proceedings virtually and some counsels for Raila were labelled by the Chief Justice as employing, hot air, hearsay and perjury tactics in the case. I am a fan of SC Otiende Amollo, Senior Counsel Pheroze Nowrojee and SC James Orengo but the others like Julie Soweto, they need time and the case was not water tight like the 2017
