Thank you. I have a 2016 jeep wrangler, you are a great teacher. !!! I just wished I found this channel earlier, I’m your new student. And I’m 73, and continue watching you.
You wayyyyy overdid it. All you need to do is take out the two 10 bolts holding the tube and the 3 clamps holding the top of the airbox and you can easily take the filter out.
Wow watching this girl who’s never done one of these before and obviously just winging it. I was waiting for her to say. “And now we’re gonna move onto the blinker fluid and we’re take the 7 10mm bolts off the housing unit.”
Literally. Thank you for commenting. I’m gonna blow mine out when I get home, and though it was a little unnecessary for all that, just to pull out the filter

+Bryce Winfield We appreciate the feedback. Sometimes there are multiple ways to accomplish the same repair.
Correct lol they say multiple ways and the correct and easier way is just the two 10mm boots and 4 clips.
Much easier Bryce’s way. But still 4 clamps, not three. The bolts are 10mm
They do it for dummies like me 🤣🤣. But thanks for the tip!
My JKU has 4 clips actually. The front right clip is a pain to clip back tho for big hands so I started doing it myself.
You only need to remove those 2 front 10mm bolts. Then of coarse the top latches.
Who has a 10mm they can find. Thank you for sharing. Everyone stay safe, happy and healthy. From Henrico County Virginia
Nice video... extremely simple and straight forward!! Thanks
You did not overdo it that was the correct way to do it maybe on some vehicles, but you need to do all the bolts on mine just like you did!!
I’m under the impression the was guessing all the way! Thanks though.

Good job I also sprayed the mass air sensor when I had the intake off and Throttlebody
+Steve Smith Thanks for the tip!

Why do you need to unhook from
the throttle body?
Thank you!
Why? I just bought a JK and this is the first vehicle that requires an hour of labor to change a filter!
I released the four tabs on the box, and swapped the filter. That’s literally all you HAVE to do.
+Robert Turner Thanks for the feedback!
Thank you....I thought all this removal was insane. Lol
Literally. Thank you for commenting. I’m gonna blow mine out when I get home, and though it was a little unnecessary for all that, just to pull out the filter
It probably would have helped had she looked at how to do it before making the video.
+Kristopher Williams Thanks for the feedback!
Nice job! Thanks.

Truly terrible instruction video. All you need to remove are the 10mm screws and lift the airbox.
thank you! Perfect!
Appriciated for your video very nice regards M.M.
