    Oh it can get much worse... see Scotland with their disastrous post covid policies that led to the highest rent increases in Europe, but instead of seeing sense they have doubled down and are now pushing through even more market restrictive policies.

    John is very rude and isn't able to present arguments as eloquently as Ranjan....best to get rid off him next time and bring in someone who can string an argument together....

      He's very experienced and smart, yes he's opinionated and quite combative but that makes for good debate and entertaining as well 🙂

      And hes wrong on basic stuff. % of mortgaged properties in this country is just under 30%.

      Truth hurts...he te it as it is , I know its painfull, but he does say it straight. Ouch, he comes across harsh sometimes, but means well😊

    You haven't factored in stupidity, guys! The new wave of voters will vote based on TicTok. Stupidity is far more worrying than Labour.
