Nice tribute to Bob Einstein… I absolutely LOVE when “Marty” later meets Jerry during the “reunion season” and tells that utterly obscene joke … “I like that guy”…
I love this episode . This whole season was the peak of the series . That Russian guy really annoyed the crap out of me. That was so ignorant trying to grab Larry's glasses
I really missed Bob too. When you saw him in a scene you knew it was going to be gold. I loved the Walk episode and he's just sitting down while Larry is walking.
“The whole room yelling at Larry” thing has occurred in several episodes. It almost always irritates me. But I still think it’s one of the best shows in the history of television!
The Moldovan-American actor Boris Lee Krutonog was in "The Americans," "The Italian Job," "Contact," "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country," "Air Force One," and "The Hunt for Red October," as well as dozens of TV series.
Curious that Jeff Garland regularly talks about his background in Improvisation and its ‘yes, and…’ ethos yet on this podcast his ethos seems to be ‘no, no, no, but …’ with Susie Essman, frequently when she’s already agreeing with him.
I'm a meteorologist (for civil aviation) but when I tell people that I'm still a little disappointed that no-one has turned around and gone, "Ohh, sorry Doctor"
Susie is really looking good. She looks like she's lost weight since the beginning of this show. Probably because of all the energy she expends trying to get a word in edgewise.
I’m so glad Jeff brought up Susie wearing a San Jose Sharks shirt and how it was such a “non sequitur” … I remember thinking “WTF? Is Susie Greene a hockey fan? Does she even know what she’s wearing?!” Also that Sharks fans had to want that sweater lol
Heh heh, Susie is really learning she just has to barge in with whatever she wants to say! It really adds to the show, unless Jeff does not stop talking. I think like the Presidential debate they need a moderator to mute Jeff's microphone.
Both Look Better, Younger in this Video - The Skin has that Pinkish Hue, the Rosie Glow. Jeff lost some weight too, face is less puffy - younger and glowing. Much Love For Both and for the Entire Cast! What a Gift to have Curb Your Enthusiasm in our lives !
I remember watching curb episodes as they aired on More 4 on my shitty little 28inch TV in my first apartment, friends came to stay and introducing them to curb. "shut the f up curbs on" passing the spl1ffs around on the scalectrics we built around the room, the laughs I had enjoying curb seasons as the were airing before they came out on dvd. Those were the days of beginning the curb fandom for me. Then when I got the dvda just watching them til they wore out and stopped working 😂
It’s fascinating that Jeff was annoyed with the stand up scene, whereas the staring scenes to me often seemed very unrealistic, and seemed to stop the fast-paced dialogue dead in its tracks-gimmicky…. But the stand up scene really made me think of all the times people have made fun of me and it seemed that everyone in the universe was staring at me… Always a great show when some scene always hits someone! Great job you guys!
Jeff is so dense not to see why it was critical to have everyone yelling at Larry to stand up. It had to be exaggerated. Sometimes realism is not called for.
This episode had many weird plot devices so I was surprised that Jeff drew the line at the "stand up" scene, yeah it was a bit far fetched but at this point you may aswell lean into the absurdity, and it was a pretty satsifying pay off.
I'm watching this video and eating a ton of excellent pistachios that I got for cheap. I am disappointed that we didn't find out what Jeff got from Craft Services. In fact, that should be a recurring part of every subsequent podcast episode: What did Jeff get from Craft Services?
He does think that he remembers everything. It’s just that he over states it and doesn’t realize what he’s missing. It’s an impulsive thing that’s part of his ADD. It’s not narcissism.
It’s laughable the amount of people who think they have ADHD with no diagnosis. Just because you can get distracted does not mean you have ADHD. It’s an actual disorder and you can see it in action with Jeff and he tries to deal with it as best he can.
@@jasonmerriman2699 it's easy to get that diagnosis, you just answer a questionnaire basically and you get it, there's millions of people with that diagnosis that don't constantly interrupt
I wonder if Albert Brooks was asked to portray another Funkhouser and said he would only play himself, because he made his first (and only?) appearance after Bob's death.
I'm curious why they talk about Bob Einstein's death almost in real time here when, to the best of my knowledge they haven't mentioned anything about Richard Lewis? And of course Lewis has already appeared on the RUclips show as a guest so it appears that these were shot many years ago?
It was shot while they were filming the last series. But I'm curious if at some point it does catch up a bit and they do end up filming some of these after Lewis' passing.
when larry was with the dog he should of had suzies food in his hand and when suzie turned away you would see larry say to oscar eat the food shes a horrible cook
Saul Rubinek's face is so irritating in everything he is in. That was so totally rude to just ruin Larry's shirt like that. And why is he giving Larry an intraveinous injection? It's a big bowl of nonsense & wrong.
If you’re reading this and planning on criticizing Jeff. Leave it! These are recorded en masse and you might as well be talking to yourself. The same way Heff does 😅

No.
I got here before everyone had a chance to complain about Jeff.
By the way...
Let them complain. No Jeff, No Curb.
Jeff noticed *one* of his catchphrases, anyway.
🤣😂
Pretty pretty pretty good that we have 8 seasons of revisiting Curb to go 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Curious that Jeff Garland regularly talks about his background in Improvisation and its ‘yes, and…’ ethos yet on this podcast his ethos seems to be ‘no, no, no, but …’ with Susie Essman, frequently when she’s already agreeing with him.
In his defense, he is getting better.
So good to be reminded how much happens in each ep! Love it!
46:12 jeff noticed keep going is one of his catch phrases, but he didnt notice saying by the way
He already knows that one is obvious...

happy 95th birthday june and many more loved her on a episode of curb your enthusiasm her birthday was yesterday
Susie is really looking good. She looks like she's lost weight since the beginning of this show. Probably because of all the energy she expends trying to get a word in edgewise.
She just said she gained weight...
By the way, the actor who played Silas Barnaby in Babes in Toyland was Henry Brandon. He was only 22 years old when he played the part.
❤ i watch this channel every day

No 🤡 Jeff was the MVP in this podcast episode

Great episode. But I also want to say, I enjoyed the other episodes too

I am also rewatching Columbo. Cool. Oh, one more thing, great episode of Curb, very funny.

Yeah, I don't like the staring scenes either.
Love this show, Bob was the goat!
"By the way...I've noticed Keep it Going is a catchphrase for me. "
By the way Jeff, By the way is also one.
He knows that one is already obvious lil bro...🤡
Ohhh, this is the one where Larry gets blown by the dog. Hilarious.
Thanks guys. 💋💋💋💋
I really hope Dana Lee gets interviewed in future episode. He was great as the customer of Larry as the car salesman to the wonderful Mr.Takihashi
loved season 4 episode 4 of the podcast i'll look forward to more stories and guest interviews love from culver city california socal la area ❤️
Damn this underrated on RUclips!
Barnaby! Good connection!
By The Way w Jeff Garlin and sidekick is my favorite podcast
Jeff! You are mostly tolerable on this episode! Keep it up! Please!
Secret fact: he totally gives a crap what you say and reads these comments for validation. Good thing you’re on the case to let him know.
@@jasonmerriman2699 Yes, of course! I'll be sure to do it on the next video as well!

Susie needs to wear her 2012 Emmys dress for an episode or three!
I didn’t even watch the episode yet and I’m complaining about Jeff just being proactive

Top ten episode of curb. Gary Kroeger is so underrated
Agree on the episode , but Gary Kroeger was horrible on SNL.
the guy is called a starter at the golf course
I found an old news story telling about Bob (Stuart Einstein) getting Polio at six years or so. At the time, they thought he wouldn't make it.
The story of their famous fathers death is sad but a real wild story.
Body Heat! That's such a great movie. A noir if ever there was one. Danson was brilliant in it! Kathleen Turner...oh my!!! 😮😂
Ted = the little yenta 🤣😂
Jeff Garlin, Andy Devine's son ???
Vince Vaughn was never as funny as Bob Einstein. Bob also had a brother Albert if I am not mistaken ... right?
Vince is great, but few people in pop culture history have been as naturally funny as Bob.
Albert Brooks
I wonder if Albert Brooks was asked to portray another Funkhouser and said he would only play himself, because he made his first (and only?) appearance after Bob's death.
