Thanks Justice, I always learn something useful in your videos!
Thanks for this. I'll be honest--I've been frustrated with your "tutorials" in the past, as they were more like quick demos. This felt like a genuine tutorial, that went in depth and at a reasonable pace to follow along. Thanks for taking your time, and I look forward to more like this. I got a lot out of it.
We are glad to hear this was helpful.
Very helpful Justice, thanks!
Nice! These tutorials are great help
did you know how they make those fancy Sign brushes?
I am still tryng to get used to this, a question that arises, is: What is the way to select, does it have a wand, lasso or something? And, how to add the brushes you download? Thanks
Rebelle has a selection tool containing common selection options. You can use a shortcut M to open it.
@@EscapeMotions Thank you, I'll try it
I installed but there's only 1 default brush for each tool. where's the rest? thanks!
Rebelle comes with 250+ brushes. In case it did not install properly, download the default brushes from our website: www.escapemotions.com/products/rebelle/brushes.php
In case of any problems, feel free to reach out to us via email at support@escapemotions.com
The wacom art pens allow rotation of the brush tip. I noticed that 'Spikey 2' Smudge brush has the rotation enabled. How do I enable this for all brushes?
You can enable this in Preferences > Tools: Always use "Pen Tilt/Rotation" instead of "Follow Trajectory" in Brush Creator
@@EscapeMotions Perfect thanks for the quick response!
Thanks justice
Off topic question: I am noticing on the Escape Forum Gallery a few "pro" artists have their artwork surrounded by a canvas or paper border. Like you would see if you had taped your watercolor paper in real-life. How are they doing that? Do they pull the image into PS and put the image on top of another layer that contains the canvas/paper? Not a clue on how to do that in R7, if it is even possible... Thanks!
Do you mean Deckled Edges? If so, you can turn them on in the Canvas settings. Here is a tutorial that might help: ruclips.net/video/U8j14o_10vo/видео.html
Carlos Herrera surrounds his paintings with two white borders. A similar look as to having two very thin "framing mats" around the painting. Is he doing that in Rebelle or is he using something else? Thanks for the reply!
Is there a way to create your own brush tip? 1) By drawing it in Rebelle? 2) By importing a png? For instance I can easily create brush tips for an animation software called Moho, by drawing a png with Rebelle, Flame Painter, etc., and then dragging it into the Moho's brush folder. I can get some really interesting brush tips with Flame Painter.
Yes, you can add/import up to 4 shapes and 4 grains to each brush in the Shape & Grain menu in BC. A video tutorial on this topic is coming soon.
sorry for being miscellaneous, but what is the tool used to show keystrokes on screen?
Hi, it is KeyPress OSD keypressosd.com/
😘
Thanks, Justice... looking forward to more! Like @yvesnarbonne6688 said, I always learn a lot from your instructional videos. Clear and concise!
