The LEGENDARY Mixtape Run Of Lil Wayne

Mixtapes are generally used to create buzz for an artist's upcoming album. They are normally given away for free or at a low cost to gain exposure. There have been plenty of artists such as 50 Cent, Young Jeezy, and Gucci Mane who have successfully used mixtapes to increase their popularity.
Though plenty of artists who have had great mixtape runs there have been close to no one who has had the impact Lil Wayne has had. Whether it’s his Dedication, Da Drought, or No Ceilings series Lil Wayne morphs into what seems to be an alien-like figure. This is why I’m here today to break down the legend of Mixtape Wayne.
