    the part where he said that when 1 water molecule gets evaporated, the chain pulls up and showed it to us by gestures, I REALIZED AND FELT SO HAPPY THAT NOW I GOT IT!

    Dipole on water molecule is also due to lone pairs of electrons on the oxygen...

    Hey I might be too late to ask a question on a video uploaded 10 years ago but I am tired searching for WHAT CREATES A PRESSURE? ik it is because the water molecules move from the soil to the roots and that creates a high pressure but why does it happen? Why is it like the pressure is created just because the water molecules enter the root? Is it because of their higher concentration?

      Suppose you fill a baloon with water and keep it filling in the pressure on baloon will increase. Same happens with cells , and once the cells can no longer take the pressure they give out the remaining water to adjacent cells

    Hi, I'm growing tomatoes in aeroponic system. Do I have to keep watering at night time ? Is there water movement at night. I don't know if this movement is enough to keep the electric water pump working 24/7 h. Thank You

    but what is the pressure caused by in the root? :(

    • @MrOojamaflip
      @MrOojamaflip 9 лет назад

      Olga Tennor the pressure is caused by the active transport, so the active transport brings in solutes and then water follows cause of solute level, cause of the pressure the water is forced up the plant. i think is called cohesion tension
