VW Passat SE comfort / convenience window operation with remote key fob

My 2000 passat has this exact option on the remote and key insert. If you get vagcom software you can turn it on an any passat

My 2018 won’t do this so the rest of the functions seem to work on the fob. How do I make the changes to the remote so this will work? Thanks!

my 2006 is a fob you push into the d ash

Arron Somerville yup. In fact, they went back to a similar type of key used in earlier VWs. I always found the push-into-dash fob to be really awkward; one reason I actually didn’t want to get a B6 Passat.

Mine go up when you push the lock button on the car…… just found this out today. Now I gotta figure out how to get them down. (Lock twice and hold on the second push and they go up)
