What??? Simple ingredients doesn’t mean healthy. They are deep fried! I guarantee you are overweight. Not to mention your NRA profile picture guarantees you are a disgusting person in general
The first time I ever takted Fritos Corn Chips was around 1955 when Dad gave me some, and I LOVED them! To me it tasted like a kind of popcorn. Had no idea until now they've been around since the 1930s!
Industrial Livestock Feed that's high in MOLD and extruded!! Then FRIED in Industrial Seed Oils, and seasoned with High Plastic Salt - NOT FOOD it's Frankenfood Eat corn on the cob!
Fell in love with Fritos back in high school. Toasted, crunchy, salty, corn chips...best with an ice-cold Pepsi or 7UP on a summer day in Canoga Park. Part of my 1968 Valley paradise!
I worked for Frito Lay in the summers of 1969 and 1970. Interestingly, the corn was soaked before being made into mash. Out from the corn came thin white worms. Corn and worm mash was what became fritos. I don't know if the process is very different today. Fritos were good then and I still enjoy them with a ham sandwich. Ironically when I was drafted for the Vietnam War I was made a food inspector for the Army. Believe me, these tiny worms are insignificant to other "food defects" that are permitted in the processing of foods. I know I was surprised as a food inspector. All I can say is, we do have to eat and its the things that you can't see with the naked eye that kill you.

I remember this show very vividly this is nostalgia I remember this show always being on at 10 o'clock or 11 in the night on PBS Kids on Comcast on channel 372
Apparently in 2016, they didn't know how to make a mono signal into a stereo one. So all the dialog is coming out of the left side, but all the music is in stereo. Boy, have we come along way. lol.
I am eating some of the Fritos Scoops, but the bag I have came from Plano, Texas. It was a cool video to watch. Every once in a while when I eat the Fritos corn chips, I get a little bit of a flavor of microwave popcorn. Still yummy stuff
Fun fact, Plano is where they’re headquartered, but there’s not a factory in Plano. (I’m from the city, and my brother works for Frito). The closest plant to Plano is in Irving, Texas. The bag does not disclose where they’re made.
Yes, everyone watching this video was eating Fritos and thought, “I wonder how it’s made?”.
LOL that was meeeeeeee!!! #July2020
Me too...
SAME HERE

Yeppp that’s me
You guys need to chillax. It's a kid's program.

I kept waiting for Manny to slap the humor off that host.
The guy tries too hard. I hate it when unfunny people try to be funny.
"Plenty of... hearty... Doritos!!!!!!" My guy, please refrain from speaking and just show me the chips.
SAME lol
I enjoyed everything it had a 90's PBS vibe to it. Brought back good memories
That's why I can eat a ton of these BBQ Fritos and I never get that bad full feeling. It's just good, simple ingredients.
What??? Simple ingredients doesn’t mean healthy. They are deep fried! I guarantee you are overweight. Not to mention your NRA profile picture guarantees you are a disgusting person in general
“How many in each bag?!”
“40,000 per shift!!”
“Wow! 20,000 per shift!”
The Manager is courteous and professional the interviewer is a sophomoric dunce who fails catastrophically at comedy.
James Locke okaaaaaay
Oh go stuff your mouth with delicious. Fritos..ha
@Richard Espinoza Trying? Not very hard. He acts like a moron.
The host is a complete idiot. Annoying and not funny at all
I think the program is geared towards school aged children James. Give him a break
Figuring eight grains of corn in each standard chip. Got to wait until the corn becomes available, then dry it, then wash it ...
Eat a handful of Fritos every time the Fritos guy says "actually"... and maybe you'll have a heart attack 😂
I'm so glad I was not the only person to have taken notice of the repetitiveness of that word! THANK YOU!
Is that man wearing a hair net over his turban?!?!?!?!?!
Its double bagged
That's government regulations for you.
Cleanliness
Yea!!!!
Don’t hate. Appreciate.

Damn I'm guessing you're mid 70's or later? It's always cool to see older people on RUclips. Anyway if you see this have a good day.
Hows your dad?
Corn, oil and salt--simple and delicious.

The intro was the most cringeworthy thing I have ever seen, and I died laughing.
grahamster8 Yeah, that intro is shit...I agree!
grahamster8 big words coming from a dude listening to outkast, skrillex, and meek mill
Guy Incognito what's wrong with OutKast they're legendary in hip hop
Tbh, I skipped the intro... it's for kids. I think the show is great for adults too though.
Oh I thought I was the only one who skipped it
I can’t take that freak seriously. I feel so bad for that Fritos employee
Fell in love with Fritos back in high school. Toasted, crunchy, salty, corn chips...best with an ice-cold Pepsi or 7UP on a summer day in Canoga Park. Part of my 1968 Valley paradise!
You know what this fine production needs? A final mix :)
"You aint tasted nothing 'til you've tasted a corn chip right off the line" -Lucky (Tom Petty)
Thank you for making this video! I really enjoyed this video!
I mean, someone had to plan out ALL THOSE MACHINES!!!!!! freaking impressive!!!
Engineers have their hands in everything. We have our work cut out for us

This is disgusting but it won't stop me from eating fritos

*🤗WE LOVE FRITOS CORN CHIPS SO MUCH WE WATCHED THIS VIDEO EATING THEM😊*
Treat your workers better
Gotta love that sound mixing. The bags crinkling are louder than the employee trying to talk lol
I remember this show very vividly this is nostalgia I remember this show always being on at 10 o'clock or 11 in the night on PBS Kids on Comcast on channel 372
Love Fritos basic and simple.
Thanks for letting us know you didn’t audio doctor that
I get to see the birth of my favorite corn snacks
the intro feels so 90's
Where do they get the white bag of "reference chips"? I want a bag of those.
Hahahahaha! " we did not audio doctor that..." reminds me of those shows from the 90's 🤣🤣🤣
Interesting in spite of the goofy host. He's reminds me of Huell Howser, doesn't seem very bright.
He slows and fails to relate to any viewer who has common sense with those kid questions 🤣
Question how many people OD on Frito's corn chips?
They didn't show us anything about how Fritos are actually made at all.
I'm eating Fritos corn chips with bean dip
didnt know billy gun had a food show
I love Fritos ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I actually love corn chips
Wow. They did shrink them.
They sell masa in stores, so people can make something like Fritos at home. I just love that flavor myself.
they sell masa harina for corn tortillas, not anything like Fritos
Too much footage of people talking but making no sound because the music drowned out their voices.
Cheetos? Yes, mine, mine,mine!
Cut the music, talk louder, don’t act so childish
.....then it passes through the "TOP SECRET" machine......
Yea. The one thing I wanted to see. Everything else I pretty much could guess.
In some clips the stereo audio is backwards. Maybe merge to mono?
Eating the flavor twist fritos as i watch lol
Fritos honey bbq and chili flavors are the best.
Apparently in 2016, they didn't know how to make a mono signal into a stereo one. So all the dialog is coming out of the left side, but all the music is in stereo. Boy, have we come along way. lol.
ceo of corn
Please keep making videos!!!
I just watched Modern Marvels with host Adam Richman on this show he said that Wise company made Frito's corn chips
Eating the original corn chips while watching
Fritos with Philly chive and onion cream cheese. You won't be disappointed. Caution addictive.

Hola , They are delicious.. I love them 😋😋😋😋😋😋
This guy is way too excited about this
I am eating some of the Fritos Scoops, but the bag I have came from Plano, Texas. It was a cool video to watch. Every once in a while when I eat the Fritos corn chips, I get a little bit of a flavor of microwave popcorn. Still yummy stuff

Native Americans *still* use Masa. It's also available on some grocery store shelves, in the baking section or in the Latin Cooking section.
For sure you got the munchies if you'd watching this video
Wow.. The host, Joel Greene, sure is... CORNY. XDDD
Dont forget to add half air to the bag

GOLDEN FLAKE
Genuinely wanted to know how many pieces of corn average in a single frito. Grr
About tree fiddy
@@DanThibodeau1 valuable info right hereee
It's not masa unless it's been mixtamilized. It's cornmeal dough.
Whoever designed and made these machines how cool
200xxx pounds of corn a week is not even close to how much I figured they'd use that's about 3300 bushels or almost 3 and a half semi loads
Before PPE was a Fad.
Doritos didn't go up, and they have sales. Fritos wants too much for less!
Price went too high. Making my own.
PhD↔permanent headamage
