This is hilarious. My girl is pretty silent. She never barks. The only noise she makes is this ridiculous fast rhythmic whine that sounds like either squeaking your finger on a balloon or people going at it on a squeaky mattress. Like EEEeeeEEEeeeEEE. We call it her "eee"s. As in "hey! Quit eeeing.". One time during covid, we took her to the vet and waited in the car right outside. We were sitting there and I swear I heard eees. "Hey. Do you hear eees?" I said to my husband. He listened. Faintly EEEeeeEEEeeee! Wheres it coming from? I looked over at the front of the vets office. There were a row of tiny windows into exam rooms. One of them was opened a crack, and wedged into it was a nose eeeing at passerby. "Help! Im in a room! Get me out of here!"
