Casey Anthony may be forced to break her silence

Casey Anthony did not testify at her 2011 trial for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, but now she is facing a deposition in a defamation lawsuit and may not be allowed to plead the Fifth Amendment when she is asked questions.
