    I request to have a reasonable accommodation, and my employer also wants me to complete an ADA form. Is that legal because the ADA form asks for detailed information?

    What if an employee could not wear a mask and was placed to remote work previous year but denied following year even with PCP reconditions she can certainly work from home. Breathing and situational anxiety do to masking.

    Why is there no mention of "essential job functions" vs. "in office job duties". Disabled employees are only required to perform the essential job functions in order to qualify for a reasonable accommodation to telework-yet this video makes no mention of that. Just curious if it's different in New York. Thank you.
