Amazing and informative video. Nigeria won't work if it isn't restructured. An institution built for the purpose of managing millions of people cannot be structured as though it was for a few million. Human effort cannot overcome structural inefficiencies so it doesn't matter which superman is elected you cannot both do the job of local development in our thousands of communities while tending faithful to central issues. That is the main problem with this project and all else the governments touch, they are a poorly calibrated instrument and consequently whatever they are used to do will always run into unwieldy overcomplication. It is either we restructure or resign ourselves to slow death.
What do you expect when you built a railway line to a place no one goes. There is almost no movement between the central business district and the airport. They built the railway for politicians and rich people instead of putting it where normal nigerians live and work.
