I work in Pepsi, on our last company meeting the manager of plant says that for the last decade, our water brand (aquafina) are selling better than pepsi itself. I believe the same effect are happening with Coca Cola as well. In 2022 went in for another MRI. I'm now mid 50s and I'll get those results this week. But I now walk with a cane. My shoulders, back , and knees are in constant pain. Plus I've probably lost 30% of the movement in my neck.
From about 15-25, I drank soda daily. I experienced fatique, and my dentist informed me in my late 20's that I had the teeth of someone 10 years my senior. I was thankfully heavily active, and only experienced mild weight gain, but I did get abdomin pain frequently (fatty liver maybe) I'm happy to say I've quit soda drinking for 6 years now, and have noticed huge changes. I beg to differ. We have an uncle living in our neighbour hood who drinks 3 x 1.5 liters of coke everyday, for the last 15 years from my dad’s shop. I did an article about him on my facebook. He is still fine. And still drinks 4.5 liters of coke every single day. Not that I’m encouraging anyone.
I consumed Coke continuously for approximately 6/8 months (the Indian Summer time ofcourse) and during that time my water intake was not more than 1/1.5 litre, which ultimately lead to the UTI and Kidney problem. Honestly olipop or poppi are much healthier sodas they both have relatively clean ingredients l, have like 2-5 grams of sugar tops, tend to be 30 calories only & have prebiotics for a healthier gut. They are expensive at 2 per can tho so I only drink 2 cans per week.

My elder brother when he was 7 he drank soft drinks too much during my Uncle's wedding Indian wedding usually takes 1 month to complete every ceremony. I must admit... I'm addicted to coke. I try to keep my intake to 1 can, maybe 2 a day. However, I have a good mouth hygiene and do exercise daily.... So far, my lab tests come out OK every six months.

Grieving the death of my only son, I quit eating and only drank coke. Within 4 months I was 72 lbs and a bleeding ulcer burst. I had life saving, reconstructive surgery TWICE and 4 blood transfusions. 2 months after that, I had to have what was left of my poor, brittle, broken teeth removed and get dentures. I'm 58 now and while I'm a good weight, exercise daily and eat smart, I'm 9n special meds for the rest of my life because of the damage coke caused.

Even after hearing all this, Coca-Cola is STILL my favorite soda. I only drink it a few times a year (mainly when I visit family out of state, parties/fundraisers/etc, and on my birthday) since my mom is a paranoid health nut so I don’t think I’m in that much danger

I beg to differ. We have an uncle living in our neighbour hood who drinks 3 x 1.5 liters of coke everyday, for the last 15 years from my dad’s shop. I did an article about him on my facebook. He is still fine. And still drinks 4.5 liters of coke every single day. Not that I’m encouraging anyone.

I consumed Coke continuously for approximately 6/8 months (the Indian Summer time ofcourse) and during that time my water intake was not more than 1/1.5 litre, which ultimately lead to the UTI and Kidney problem. It took almost 2 years to get rid of it. And during those 2 years I didn't take a single sip of any soft drinks.

Honestly olipop or poppi are much healthier sodas they both have relatively clean ingredients l, have like 2-5 grams of sugar tops, tend to be 30 calories only & have prebiotics for a healthier gut. They are expensive at 2 per can tho so I only drink 2 cans per week.

My elder brother when he was 7 he drank soft drinks too much during my Uncle's wedding Indian wedding usually takes 1 month to complete every ceremony. So yeah he have had drank a lot which caused swilling in his brain vessels he started getting continuous Epilepsy kind of deseas he spend almost a month in hospital to get discharged. Doctor said due to too much caffeine his brain vessels started swelling. Anyways he had recovered after a month
I must admit... I'm addicted to coke. I try to keep my intake to 1 can, maybe 2 a day. However, I have a good mouth hygiene and do exercise daily.... So far, my lab tests come out OK every six months.
Same i drink alot of water and i drink one can a day to help me out for the day. I go to gym alot
My strategy is:
Drink 1 or 2 glass of coke in a day but also drink lots of water, dont drink 2 cokes in a row. I seem to be doing fine. Before , it was actually an issue, now, i toned it down
