hey guys! ⋆˙⟡♡ in today's vlog i'm showing you an easy dessert recipe, a fav of mine is these marbled chocolate and lemon bars in the video :) i hope you guys enjoy this baking video let me know if you want more cake recipe's in the comments!
here are the ingredients + measurements below: ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶
chocolate biscuit layer:
185g (1 ½ cups) plain or ’00’ flour
40g (¼ cup) cocoa powder
175g (11 ½ tbsp) cold salted butter, cut into cubes
75g (⅓ cup) caster or granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
lemon custard:
4 large egg yolks
397g (1 ½ cups) tin of sweetened condensed milk
Zest and juice of 3 lemons
60g (2 oz) milk or dark chocolate, melted
Pinch of salt to finish (optional)
