Hi Paul. I really like the idea of a series of these videos. I have been using Lightroom for about a year now but I did pick up a couple things here that you presented that I had not pondered using before. These couple things used at the right time will make my images and or processing a touch easier and more streamlined in the long run. As well, I also can appreciate the fact that you took your time to go through some steps. Some creators act as though it is a marathon and speed edit and fast forward and all kinds of stuff making the tutorial all but useless.
Thanks for sharing with us and hope all is safe and healthy as can be your way. Take care and have a great day/night!
Oh I forgot to add, I really liked the B&W image. The color was great but I am a huge fan of B&W photos.

Greetings from the very middle of Europe. Great job as always, your videos are extremely educative, simple yet useful. I will appreciate more, since I can discover more LR features easily. Keep the lenght within 15 minutes and add a background story of the pictures if possible (why and where were they taken) - that will do for the wide audience I suppose. Cheers for your time and effort doing this.

Hola, Paul!!!.. Carlos here from Puerto Rico in the Caribbean!!.. loved the tutorial!!... ‘tho I’m not a professional in photography( I’m more like a “serious amateur”, haha!!).. I use LR Classic for my basics and then move over to ON1 Photo Raw 2021 for styling...as for composition of this pic, I would have preferred to keep the surfer within the left line of the rule of thirds and leave some space to the right as the surfer is walking to the right.. just to leave some space in front of him ( or her) and give a sensation of movement and space to “ breath”.. thanks for your wonderful tutorials.. there’s always a chance to learn something one has overlooked before, no matter how many tutorials one has watched!! Once again, gracias!!!- Carlos.

Very nicely done, both in concept and execution. More in a series would be much appreciated. But as an on-again, off-again photography hobbyist who never seems to have enough time to learn LR (although I've had iterations of it on my Macs for many years), it would be very helpful to have a chronological list of the controls you used with four or five-word explanations of how you used each one of them. Stay well!

If I may be so bold as to lend a quick tip, do yourself a favor and do not fall into the "presets" trap from the start. Learn to use the software and develop your own style of editing first. Then later down the road develop your own presets or pick and choose a few that are available on the market. There are many great free ones as well. But there is no better style than the one your heart leads you to.
      Happy snapping!

I'm running the newest version of Lightroom and I can't find filters anywhere. I'd really like to try some of these things you've covered in this video. I have a great photograph of a Bald Eagle I took last week while on vacation, but the sky is washed out. Adjusting exposure is going to ruin the image of the eagle
