    1. Ingredients:
    - 1 packet of ladyfinger biscuits
    - 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
    - Rum or coffee liqueur
    - Black coffee
    - Whipping cream
    - Raw eggs (safe to consume)
    - Lemon juice or white vinegar
    - Granulated sugar
    2. Instructions:
    1. Prepare 200ml of black coffee and let it cool.
    2. Separate the yolks and whites of three eggs. In the yolks, add about 20g of granulated sugar and beat until well combined.
    3. Gradually pour the yolks into the mascarpone cheese in three parts, mixing well each time.
    4. In the egg whites, add a little lemon juice or white vinegar and beat with a whisk until foamy. Add 20g of granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold the beaten egg whites into the cheese mixture in three parts, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
    5. Whip 100-150g of whipping cream until it reaches a yogurt-like consistency. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture evenly. You can add a bit of vanilla extract to the mixture if desired.
    6. Add a small amount of coffee liqueur to the black coffee. Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee mixture and arrange them in the bottom of a square container, approximately 25*15cm in size.
    7. Layer the soaked biscuits on the bottom of the container, then pour half of the cheese mixture over the biscuits, covering them completely. Add another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee on top of the cheese mixture, followed by the remaining cheese mixture.
    8. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
    For Matcha Flavor:
    - Replace the coffee mixture for dipping the ladyfinger biscuits with a mixture of warm water and matcha powder, adding a small amount of rum.
    - Sprinkle matcha powder on the surface of the tiramisu before serving.
