I loved how they made Radhika Apte's character. Tired from seeing an uptight, 'all the time fighting with life', an ideal female police officer.., Radhika's flawed and laid back police officer was a breath of fresh air.

Jayant later goes to Gaurav's house to retrieve the original contract, but as soon as he discovers the paper and burns it, he is surrounded by the snakes which Gaurav had stole, this also tells that in jayant childhood it was gaurav himself who had put snake in his bag, and then screen turns to black leaving his fate unknown, perhaps according to me he is able to get out safely out of that our.

Radhika Apte is a amazing discovery in this movie . The way they frame her character is so perfect. One can't help having a love hate relationship with Radhika Apte in this movie and how she confessed she being a shrewd police to Raj Kumar Rao inthe end was superb.
The another character who I personally love and find him scary is Gaurav.
When he reveal that he is the murder all along and activate his Psycho side that took a 360° turn from a not likeable invisible guy to the scariest character in the movie remind me of Hollywood psycho killer who are conceived as a silent lamb but in fact are the wolf in a lamb skin.

Matlab jab achi movie aayegi to review nahi karege, kyuki taareef karni padegi. Same goes for audience, bollywood has the worst audeince, pehle yehi log star-cast ke base pt movie dekhne jaate the(SRK, Salmaan etc), ab south ki movies dekhte hai since everyone is appreciating them.

But my best line from the movie was :
Last scene where Raj Kumar Rao and Radhika Apte have an exchange of Words
Like Raj Kumar Rao Asks was Monica Pregnant and asks her to be honest. In exchange Radhika Apte questions what was his relation with the child be if he/she was born.
For which he replies maybe son or daughter and then Radhika Apte says that the child could be his brother/ sister-in-law.
    and I was deadddd....

Today I went to see a movie called Uunchai. 3 septuagenerian friends would hike till Everest Base Camp with a pot ,which was carrying ashes of another dead friend, who actually had booked the trek for them (before dying offcourse).
Movie had a predictable storyline with sentimental toppings. Some Great shots were there. It was good to see Danny in big screen after quite a long time. Veterans did well too.
However, my problem was I could not connect with the “friendship” part.
I cant imagine my friends taking a pot of my ashes to Tutenkhamen’s tomb or Forest of Masaimara or Oslo. Rather those fuckers will put it in a barrel of any local pourhouse and celebrate the friendship. I can clearly hear those buggers saying “Dost hai , mind nehi karega”.

Monica O My Darling is a great watch, starting from the name itself to the smallest detail like that ‘Johnny Soko & the Flying Robot’ tee that Rajkumar wore as an ode to the original story source. Even calling him Johnny made so much sense.. this is the cinema we love, this is cinema made by people who the best in business, this is the kind of cinema that Netflix should support and nurture. Highly recommended it on FB.
