Hello, can you explain how this device (RPI is powered up?) In the video i see it's connected to an external hard drive but how is the data being shared to up to 30 people and how are they connecting to the device via wifi? this part is not clear from your video.
The RPi can be powered by a wall charger/phone charger or an portable battery pack. You can connect an external hard drive, but it is not required. The wifi chip on the RPi is used as a hot-spot which allows access by any device with wifi capabilities.
