i eventually realized with hp 5:42 downloading the 'lastest' firmware doesn't mean better performance. it has built-in restrictions to keep you reliant and needy and makes the unit less resilient so you'll get error codes earlier+ more often
Hello, quick question on resellers or just USPS in general. Are you able to "scan in" packages to reflect on the USPS/eBay system? If so, how long does it take to reflect? Thanks in advance.

I don't need better performance, I just want it to work normal. It's just too inconsistent.
That other big machine you have does it just make copy’s? The one that’s next to your passport station.
@batnight21 that's a copier, printer and scanner. It also do faxes.

We can scan in packages to the software, but it doesn't reflect until mailman picked up the package and scan it.
