I wash my hair with apple cider vinegar once a week. From my scalp down. It makes my scalp dry, and oil free. And leaves my hair soft. It removes hair products and dandruff too. It's awesome. ☺
Couple of warnings to people who want to try this: 1. Do not do it every time you wash your hair. Don't. Please don't. 2. You should really be using the apple cider solution over where you put the baking soda and water as well- the baking soda is slightly basic which interferes with your scalp's pH, and the apple cider vinegar, being slightly acidic, helps to neutralize it after. That being said, normal shampoo is also slightly basic so you can use the apple cider solution after shampoo as well. It helps get rid of dandruff and there's no smell or odd colour change (other than maybe making current red tones more visible). Be careful with baking soda because it's very drying, so if you have dry scalp already or curly hair you should probably avoid it. Sorry for the length reply, I've seen this method go awry a few too many times.
I watched your Selena heatless curls video way back and ever since then I always do the side braid over night and take it out for school , my hairs just above my butt and don't always want to damage it with heat tools so very thankful for finding that trick ☺️
Keeping in mind she's actually nearly 20. I'd imagine she has a lot to do, school, work, getting to that sort of age now. I guess we can just thank her for keeping us in mind and still uploading whenever she can 😄 we MereBears know she loves us, so we don't mind when she uploads, think of it as making moments when she DOES upload even more exciting!!
Hey Mere! I'll just suggest that when you're trying to put powders into a container with a small mouth, you can put it on a sheet of paper first so then you can just bend it into a curve that fits. :). Makes it less messy!

This routine with baking soda shampoo and ACV conditioner is also knows as the "no poo" hair care :) I've used it for ever and it helps my hair grow super long, thick and beautiful! Definitely recommend- especially because there's no icky chemicals!
My hair grows fast,but I like to keep it short.Right now, it's at my shoulders.The longest I could ever go,is like one inch past my shoulder. I just don't like long hair on me. And plus,it's more manageable. Long hair also makes some people look older than they really are.And not in a good way.

If anyone needs hair advice the best tip I ever received was to use products that contain natural oils. I use Trader Joe's Nourish Spa Conditioner and Shampoo as well as a moroccan argan oil hair therapy treatment every 3 days. I went from having thin, damaged hair that wouldn't grow to thick, smooth hair that grew two inches in two months (which is a lot for me)!
First put my hair in the water then used a some baking soda before I did these steps . My hair feels really soft and less oily after My hair was always used to get showers all the time . Which dried the hair out and along with alot of hair fall thank you

You should blow dry your roots even if you do the air dry cuz blow dry is bad when you dry your ends first but when you finish drying roots then it does not matter if you do the air dry to finish but it is important to blow dry the roots for your hair!
