Seeing that Safe in the opening was like opening a gate deep inside my brain remembering that which has been lost for centuries. Keep up the fantastic work friend
escape room games *ARE* very easy, if you use the correct engine... namely, clickmaps, lol specific clickable area = specific action, boom, easy to make game, the "3d" was often fake, too, as in, not real "3d rendering" but more just drawing with perspective, though some stuff's been real 3d too, mainly later on
First time RUclips has recommended me a video with single digit views that I'm actually interested in. The fact that the camera rotation doesn't rotate the "screen" is bugging so much.
yep, it seems like the commentary is a prerendered video, where the "screen" is a green screen - having tracking points and tracking the screen would mitigate the issue
Not exactly required, it can be more organized though. If you want your game to go over multiple scenes, your solution will probably involve the using the function DontDestroyOnLoad(gameObject) which keeps the gameobject loaded even when the scenes change. Can't give much more advice than that I'm afraid
I love the game (and the nostalgia trip), and I really love that you're making a Unity toolkit for it! It's a bit laggy for me in the browser though. Is there any way to get a download link?
Gotta echo what others seem to be saying in the comments. The production and entertainment quality of what you're making is way above the average for your channel size. Keep up the good work!
These escape games were an important part of my childhood. Thank you.
Like seriously dude the production quality of this is CRAZY! Another few of these and you are definitely gonna explode!
loved Toshimitsu's escape room games, i think my favourite was White Chamber, released not long after Blue Chamber iirc
Another heater of a recommendation RUclips is cooking
good video, btw I just realized that you are not a popular youtuber with 500k subscribers, this seems weird

Hey dude do platformer and escape game require multiple scenes or no? If so then how do you save items across multiple scenes in that itemslot?
