    6:23 I think there's also a mental health factor. I'm a massive people pleaser and I have abandonment issues so I will "sacrifice" my comfort or "maintenance" for the sake of others.

    39:05 "high maintenance" also has a negative connotation, it implies at least an apathy to how your request/demand might inconvenience others vs setting boundaries or holding your standards. I think the line is dictated by the person's apathy towards others affected by the situation.
