Tell you on that rod the fuji guide contributes to the feel , they use stiffer connecting arms and they don’t have much give in them when the line come in contact
Great video! I’ve used your techniques and have proven valuable winning my first tournament in Steinhatchee, FL in October! Headed to your website as I’m hungry for the lucky drawing to learn more in person!
Off topic but I'm intrigued by the smaller license plate and how it is mounted on your trailer. I have a Ram-lin and my plate is almost dragging the ground. Can you comment on that setup? Thanks!
Really am looking at getting a similar setup for Ned fishing here in low country Georgia, would the Curado series spinning rod in the same action be a good option as well? I see it’s not a pricey….
Hey Captain C.A., another great video. First off just want to say thanks for the valuable and informative content. It's helped me become a better fisherman. Secondly, I wanted to ask if you have experience with the Ned Buggs Lure and if so what is your opinion of them verse a more standard plastic Ned style rig. THANKS! From the upper Texas coast.
Thank you CA for another awesome adventure! I learn so much every time I fish with you.
👍🏼
Big fish on light tackle. Just doesn’t get any better!
Thanks for sharing your content……I am really enjoying the education, hopefully I can get down there soon is my Kayak and catch a few

Merry Christmas ❤ great vid ! My gals getting some Zman ned rig jigs for Christmas!! Can’t wait to make her a believer
I remember using 5 gallon paint strainers over our heads when the no seeums got bad. Seems like when the bugs are biting so are the fish
That’s always true!

Yes sir that will do the job
Now what about creepin a kicker crabz around? Or would that be too much for this situation?
Try Killer Tide Baits power shrimp rigged weedless
Jon- it’s all about downsizing presentation and minimizing the surface impact on the cast… that’s why NED Shrimpz gets the call
Is it bad to send leader knots through guides ?
No but it will minimize wind knots if you use a slimmer knot profile with lighter lures

NED Buggz is great little lure and I love sight fishing with it. Small, compact and fish love it!
@Capt. C.A. Richardson Awesome! That's what I plan to do with it. Slowly getting better at my sightcasting skills. Thanks for the reply!

Easy problem to solve... use live bait
thermacell will really help you out with the bug situation
