You have been consistent with your healthy eating to allow yourself a bit of doughnut if youd like a bit of doughnut. There is no shame in that. Carbohydrates are still important, and sugar as well. Small amounts implemented in your diet is important to avoid having cravings and maintain your energy levels. Keep going strong bro!
