Godzilla pushed back a 600k ton Mecha Godzilla in a weakened state.
Godzilla was really unaffected by Frost Bite Blast and there is no confirmation to say that Mothra was even needed
Godzilla was pinned by Shimo but when the crystal was destroyed , in that frame he was back on his feet before the explosion meaning he overwhelmed Shimo from a disadvantaged position.

Shimo is a friendly Kaiju who never wished for harm. She naturally wouldn't fight and even if she would it would only be for evil kaijus or something. Next , Godzilla was also hit by Shimo's ice age (since Ghidorah was hit by it and froze) and it did nothing which is obvious by his appearance.

As much as I love Godzilla being red cancel it with the most likely still be pink because that was the color of the energy he absorbed at least from what I was able to tell from the movie it's been a moment since I've been able to just sit down and watch it a second time so I'll have to double-check it later (not that I dislike the pink is a good color for this specific Godzilla but I'm always going to be a sucker for the classics)
Also the mechagodzilla we got was actually mostly properly complete saw a completed even trained mechagodzilla and pilot would have still been much weaker than Godzilla (it's possible that a full natural power blue Godzilla would have easily taken him out) so this times 10 Godzilla would take him out pretty easily
Also as close as I doubt amuluc would have been able to do most of this mostly because a lot of the monsters he'd have to go up against it would also be absorbing radiation and growing stronger are significantly stronger than he is and would most likely win those fights
