Hey man back again to just say this build is really cool! I'd been wanting to play a build that is more physical damage especially with the light of empyrion in the devotion setup and I had been debating between a battlemage or a warlord tbh. Was curious if you had insight into how this build compares to a blitz warlord since they seem to have similar playstyles at least from an outside perspective so wanted to see what you thought about how they perform sustainability and damage wise. Really appreciate any thoughts you might have on that. Sorry again for bombarding your videos with questions xP
Hey man, thanks! Don't worry, ask as many questions as you need, i appreciate the comments. I never played blitz warlord but from what i saw it is a bit more dmg and sustain than this. In terms of tankyness this one is sturdier and provides utility blitz warlord doesn't, including mirror and null. I also relate to this build as more fun to play because physical devastation is simply pretty. At the end, both are pretty good but blitz warlord is easier to play on a new player perspective because it utilizes a bunch of green farmable items, while this one is more about when you have good enough gear, given it depends on the spellscourge set to be played and it does have mostly legendary gear.
@@joao6003 Gotcha thanks so much for the info definitely will check out both then yeah I really do love the physical destruction aesthetic on this class too. Im guessing before you get the spellscourge set you'd probably just run battlemage as similar to a blitz setup while leveling? and just put points into the passives in arcanist as well as nullification and mirror?
hi there, the skill devastation says it requires caster off-hand? i was confused since the item actually a shield? nice build btw. all my build are retal idk why i like it so much..
Hi, thanks man. Yeah, Spellscourge shield allows you to use devastation since it gives modifiers to that skill, kinda like stormrend for primal strike.

@@joao6003 oh yeah.. you're right. that weapon is one handed. these are unique item now i know.
Pretty much anything unusual with modifiers to a certain skill that requires a different wpn, safe to say works.
@ thanks man for the info.
