Try one of the more chainsaw type blades. Forester makes one with riveted on chainsaw teeth--the best! Stihl makes one with solid chainsaw like teeth--very good! Stihl also makes a grass blade with 8 teeth--very good but not in the same class as the other 2. The Forester blade cuts grass. vines and small trees with ease.

I agree with Boris Cavali 100%. So that shows it can do it. But a MS170 with 16 inch bar with do it in 3 seconds. With out straining the equipment. This is planned as my first tool purchase of 2023. But it will be used for Sweetgum, and Japanese Privette, small cedars and hollies and other fast growing brush.

на данном видео именно кусторез.и он предназначен для спила кустов и небольших деревьев.а то что пилит так жёстко это древесина плотная типа вяза или дуба либо диск тупой потому что дымит.8 лет работаю данным инструментом
You guys are going hard and the man and you guys are wrong. Watch the torque pull/effect when he’s in the tree. If you’ve got any experience using cutters whatsoever… you’ll instantly know he has the blade mounted properly. That tiny bit of shutter effect that makes the blade look like it’s spinning backwards is an old optical illusion most know about. Just pay attention to the actual cutting and you’ll see what I mean.

holy crap, haha, blade is on upside down.....now that's chainsaw job really, but it wouldn't smoke if the blade was reversed, look at the spin in the beginning, spinning opposite of how it's going to cut.....but we all make mistakes really. maybe not as big a mistake as this but stihl, haha

Could easily just have done a felling cut, or just to cut a V in the direction it felling, hard work for one tree, but i guess it was not for professional purposes, bless
@@CsabiTools I’m aware of the mirror effect but in the beginning of the video when you lift the blade up to the camera and blip the throttle you can see the teeth rotate in the wrong direction. I do a lot of tree clearing and have never seen a blade smoke like that even if it’s really dull. I could be wrong but it sure doesn’t look right.

Yes indeed the blade needs a good sharpening , I did cut several trees like that with the brushcutter , it was smoke because it’s an oak tree and yea the blade it’s slightly dull,🙋♂️

Wrong! do not cut bushes thicker than 5 cm because the clutch wears out, even if the brushcutter has a lot of power
